I ordered what I thought was an "XS", when the item arrived it was an "XS" for a toddler, I mean I have no idea why would an item for a "toddler" would be listed under the "Women" section. Very odd.

I’m a new customer and really love TRR so far. My only complaint is with the shipping. It is very slow using DHL. It takes additional time as they hand off to USPS and creates delays of up to 3-4 additional days. I’ve had worry that my orders might get lost. Also, the pictures of dome items could be better. For example? I have wallets on my Obsessed List that I’m afraid to purchase because there are no interior pictures and I’ve zoomed in on some purses where there was obvious corner damage or wear and there was no mention of it in the description. Otherwise I’ve had a really good experience so far.

This is the third time I purchased from the Real and the product has been exactly what they advertised. I am very happy with what I have bought so far.

The purse I purchased was fine. It was exactly as described but the way it was packaged was pretty poor. The tape on the box was barely on both sides and part of the tape was ripped open. The purse was put into a dust cloth with no other packing material. I was expecting the item to be damaged because of how poorly the box was prepped. I'm sure the damage to the tape was done by the carrier but it was definitely packaged poorly and I'm just happy that the item was fine despite the poor packaging

It was exactly as described and verified. Shipping was fast.

Listing for Chloe bag did not include the word "mini" but the "specifications" were in inches. The standard bag is the only one with no additional size designation in the title. Frauds. No return. First and last time using this site. Complete waste of money and was told I should have gotten a ruler.
