This is my first time shopping with The Real Real. After much “hearting” my dream bags, I finally hit add to cart and the bag did not disappoint. I was nervous about the condition of my bag. It was under “good” stating it had some wear and scratches. Well let me tell you they were very visible and made my bag feel broken in and ready for me! Now I am looking for the matching wallet. Inaccurate Size Listings
Allowing sellers to list items with inaccurate sizing is massively misleading. A size XXL does not equate to a 30 inch waist for a man or woman.

Damage to articles in transit to TRR. Negligence in certifying $18,000 Gurhan necklace. Arrived in a plain box rattling around with no jewelry pouch or anything. Despicable. No interest in supporting customer questions about expensive articles — Jewelry especially. I’ll just never forget a 22kg Gurhan necklace and it’s arrival to me.

The wallet is great, but, I'm still awaiting a resolution to the previous stated oversight.
