I guess the way you gave me the $200 spending credit yeah it didn’t quite turn out the way it sounded but it’s OK

Belt was beautiful came quickly.

The bag I ordered had significantly more damage than the photograph showed. The realreal made it super easy to return same day and my refund has already been issued.

I love all my purchases from the real real. Prices are very decent and they have a great selection. The the quality it's very good also. A lot of the times you get new stuff with tags. I will definitely keep shopping at the real real.

I shipped 13 items for consignment, which were all verified by TRR and displayed on the app as received. Authentication process took longer than expected, but was pleased with the process for 10 of the items. I called several times to inquire about the other three items that continued to be categorized as “coming soon” and not posted for sale. I was asked to be patient as they would be listed as soon as the authentication process was completed. I was.extremely disappointed as the requested patience seems to just be a tactic to get beyond their 90 day policy of needing the issue put in writing, pertain to the items. I was then also put off by two different agents saying they would look into the situation and get back to me. The third agent stated that since it is beyond their 90 day policy, there was nothing they would do. So it seems three of my items were lost and no one has owned up to that or or attempted to make the situation right. One of the items was a leather Prada handbag, which was shipped with its authenticity card, valued over 2000. I am beyond disgruntled that I am out the items and received no compensation. In addition, I received no response from the listing agent, whom I’ve reached out to several times.
This was my first consignment with The RealReal and definitely the last.

I ordered a dress but did not receive it. The bag was empty as if the warehouse forgot to pack it. While frustrating, Bianaca from customer service refunded me almost right away. I appreciated her help, but I'd rather have the dress. I looked for it on the site and it is not relisted so thats a shame.

Still no package. Super disappointed and the service has put all the follow up burden on me. And who uses DHL for residential deliveries anyways?

Top quality, honest costumer service fast shipping.

They are the absolute worstcompany to do business with,they misrepresent your items, they give you the lowest commissions ,not what they claim, and they lie!
They said they sold a seriously expensive skirt I sent with tags,however it was returned. I asked for it to be returned. After months I finally received it and it looks like some one has worn it and badly damadged it.
SHAME ON the RR, you destoyed my pristine new skirt,

I’d been looking for these overalls for a long time, just to find them here at a great price. “Overall” lol a seemless and quick process, shipping and arriving within 3 days!

When I want to indulge myself i go to TRR. I trust them. They have great customer service and merchandise. They ship quickly and a few other things I especially like are the details and pics for each item, several payment options and they let me know if an item I’ve been looking at is still available.

The purse I bought was delivered on time and came, as advertised, in very good shape and with the original dust cover. The Real Real New Jersey store and its service are top notch!

The items I ordered were in better condition than I expected. The process was easy and shipping was fast. I love my purse and wallet!
