The description of items condition was completely false. The item was far from "good" condition and pictures did not show the details of its poor condition. The zipper inside was completely broken the metal rings were GREEN /tarnished it had a huge pink stain inside and the strap was peeling. NONE of this was described or shown in pictures. It was a complete disappointment and will never trust shopping from the real again!

Received my package within estimated date. Sadly, I had to return my purchase due to fit and that process was equally seamless.

Photographs were not accurate and did nit show ink stains in the interior or worn leather trim. I returned the product for a refund the day I received it(over a week ago) and have received nothing from your company! Please let me know when I can expect to receive my refund! I would not recommend your company to anyone buying online purchases.

Was not a fan of how they packaged my item and purse was not up to the quality they listed.

6 items in a row have been wrong... wrong sizes ... 2 dresses literally the same each time wrong size... gucci aces for the kids labeled completely the wrong size...pink ones and white aces with fur that wont fit them for maybe 4 years bc they are so big... purchased a gucci cat shirt for my son the sku number from gucci that claimed it was 2700$ i looked it up and it was totally for a different product to top it off just bought an alexander mcqueen bag and the size is also wrong... its like children are measuring things this site used to be good used to get correct items now when you call them you are outsoured to india to a call center...

LOVEEEE. I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. Everything was smooth, it came fast. The shoes are perfect. Literally so happy with it!!!

Just received a bag described as "excellent' but it is worn, lost it's shape, and has a few places where the trim has come off.

The customer service is terrible too. All they do is apologize and never fix the issue. Many emails into CS and never any solution.

My last transaction will be the last and I might just dispute it with my credit card company because it is not a described.

Delivery took forever too and they didn't insure the package.

My bag was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful. The shipping took a tad bit longer than I expected but overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase 😊

The jeans I received were not as expected with size or wear and tear and so I notified them and they ent a quick return prepaid receipt so it made things much easier for me. Unlike POSHMARK who refuses to return an item when it is not as described which is a really bad policy, I prefer dealing with companies like The REAL REAL who honer their products and have integrity.

The items were as described, I received all my items quickly, amazed at the condition of all four pair of shoes, I am very satisfied. Luxury for Less!!! I love the real real!!
