The Real Real changed my address by removing the PO box code I specifically included in my address so that I could receive my package by the courier service. I have spent WEEKS talking to the courier company, but because they don't have the code (that the Real Real removed) they cannot identify my package and it could take months before they find it. SO DISAPPOINTED.

The shoe I purchased was listed as a size 11. The shoe I received was a size 10. Customers should never have to cover shipping costs for the company’s error.

My item was just thrown in the box. The package job, was poorly executed. The ring itself is nice. But the way it was mishandled is a disappointment.

The communication about purchasing and delivery was very good.
I was excited about the item being described as in excellent condition with no signs of visible wear. However, when it arrived there were 3 small holes on the left sleeve. I repaired them, but shouldn't have had to do that

Great quality, like new condition

The shipping time was great, loved the updates. The only issue is when I opened my package it had an awful odor, it stuck with the dust bag and the actual bag. Don’t understand why it would have an awful odor like that. It’s never happened to me, I’ve ordered other things before and this is the first time that’s happened.

My shoes arrived quickly and in near perfect condition! Coupon code worked on top of sale. These shoes retailed for like 375+ and I got them for under 150. Amazing

My sandals were shipped to me very quickly and were in even better condition than expected. Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered a Gia anklet from Jenny Bird and received it from you. It was not as described. Losing the gold almost entirely! Very displeased. Refund!

The cases weren’t included with my sunglasses as listed. The only way to resolve it was to return the sunglasses and get a $16 restocking fee or get a $15 STORE CREDIT. This was 100% your fault, yet you will charge me to return an item. Also how is shipping a pair of sunglasses $20. What a scam.
