I agree with others who mentioned the items will ship loose in a box with no padding. In my case it worked out and they weren’t damaged. But I agree there could easily be a lot more care taken with shipping to make sure peoples items arrive without being bent, dented, scuffed, all it would take is some packing cushion or a cheap shoe box

The delivery was first sent UPS delayed and then it was given to USPS with the wrong address. When I received the item, it was not the designer shown online. Last order, they shipped me earrings instead of a necklace. It’s a gamble to order with TRR.

Ordered a sweater labeled “pristine” but has a fairly big flaw on the back, which means someone did not look carefully.

Usually items are carefully packed to arrive with minimal wrinkles but my most recent order had a jacket just thrown in the bag. Arrived a wrinkled mess

I simply tried to track my sweater shipment and now I am being bombarded about trying to consign my Dior sweater. It is annoing while I still haven’t received my Christian Dior pearl earrings back from February!!! Unaceptable
