This is what I think about the Real Real the prices are honestly great! I was able to get something for a great deal. It’s a hit or miss. But what I love about it is the customer service. Very quick to respond. Really caters. The only thing I would comment on is the accuracy of the pictures. Picture should highlight the real condition of the item. You would save money on returns and also make money because people would trust you more and buy more. I know this computer can be more profitable in the future. The only thing is the photos. It’s nice that you organize it on the mannequin. But having that extra photo like real time. Can help you make more $

My experience was good overall. My orders arrived on time, and the products I received were authentic. The descriptions matched the actual products, which I appreciated.

One thing I liked is that they clearly let customers know about no return order. However, I wish they provided the serial number so customers could verify the authenticity of the product online before it arrives.

Sizing is not always correct on listings. Listing descriptions don't accurately report damaged items. Photos are substandard!

I love TheRealReal! I can always find quality items at a great price. Their customer service is great too. I received a pair of shoes where the hassle was missing and mistakenly not disclosed, and I was refunded immediately after shipping the shoes back (I did not have to pay to return), plus given my shipping costs back. I was very impressed!

I don’t know what happened to Real but the sweaters I received have piling all over so it just can’t be an excellent condition, very good yes, but excellent is misleading. Unfortunately, I can’t return them because the sale was final. I am disappointed because I was buying regularly from Real and consigning.

The shoes I purchased were listed as Navy, they were Black. I would have not purchased them.
