Often times you list shoes for women but really be for men. There is a huge difference between a Womens 9 and a man's 9. Then the customer has to pay for the return shipping. Its a scam!!!

I've come to trust this vendor now this being my second major purchase. The product was received as shown and described. I like the website, which provides good description, lots of pics, authenticity guarantee, and customer support. I haven't yet had to return anything but feel the terms are fair based on what I read. So for me, all good so far.

This dress was misrepresented. It was listed as a Medium, but the actual garment was a size 2. The measurements on the listing were also inaccurate and impossible for the dress. Had the correct size and measurements been provided, I never would have purchased it or incurred a restocking fee. Charging a restocking fee when the listing itself is incorrect is unfair. Please ensure your sizing and measurements are accurate.

Shopping is fun on TRR and I enjoy it. It would be great if instead of listing items at S, M, L, if the actual size , when available was listed. Medium is a size 6 or 8 so often I end up sending back an item due to not having information that is clearly listed on the size tag.

selling was a bummer. My items were lost and I was told they were not included in the box and the security camera at TRR confirms that. That is untrue. My item, an expensive one, WAS included and it's somehow now listed on eBay in Chicago. Someone who works there took it. Unprofessional and I won't sell again

I was shipped the wrong size in an item so I kept going back and forth because I wanted the correct one that I ordered. I got help and they found that it was mismarked. Also I didn’t feel that I should have to pay the return shipping since it was real real issue that I was returning and I got help with that which I appreciated.
