The packaging was not good. The box at the UPS pickup spot was already showing a hole and I could see my product through it. The tape needs to be tighter bound.

The dust bag is terrible quality - the drawstring from one side slipped out immediately as I left the store.

Good thing: The bag I ordered is in amazing condition.

Just wish it was packaged well and in a decent dust bag not this flimsy Realreal one

I have been buying on the realreal for years now and the majority of the time, I must give it five stars however there has been times when selling on the realreal it's been a problematic with descriptions of the item that are wrong. Buying has been great but there shipping has gone up again. One more thing with their designer bags they should do like fashionfile and give the option without charging you to return the bag if you don't like it.
I still would give it 5 stars.

The item that came was not as described (missing a strap). When I requested a return, I was not refunded the entire amount. Shipping was not included in the refund so I lost $16. This is ridiculous as the mistake causing the return was not mine

I still haven’t received the order weeks later due to the courier not contacting me via sms, call or email. Upon checking the tracking, it says they’ve made multiple attempts to collect payment and deliver which is not true. No one even notified me of a payment. Very disappointed and although the fault is with the courier, surely the company should be aware and follow up on the issue.
