Everything that I've ordered arrived in the exact condition listed for each item and shipping has always been timely. I'm always excited to see the new inventory and the prices are what I would describe as affordable and fair when compared to the condition/quality of the products. TRR is my favorite pre-owned online shopping experience.

I was a little nervous since it was my first time ordering, but it arrived in excellent condition and I'm very satisfied with the cost.

One of the dresses that I bought was considerably smaller than the size stated (probably shrunk after to washing). I am familiar with the brand and I know my size, so I didn't check the measures written on the website as that dress was one size up to my usual and didn't say anything about it being altered on the condition's description. Customer service was very much unhelpful about this.

shipping was expensive, especially for the cost of the items. For the cost of shipping + cost of items, the packages was saaaad. I received a pretty large box for just a single ring that I ordered which seemed really wasteful in general and that difference in waste could’ve been used to package the ring itself more nicely. For the cost, I expected more than a ring in a tiny plastic bag, then bubble wrapped, and then put it in an oddly large box.

Condition of item was not as described. Listing showed only parts of the tie and the description said the condition was excellent. However, when received, the tie had many stains on parts not shown. Now hopefully the dry cleaners can get them out, but this is not reflected in the price I paid and I do not appreciate the false advertising and misleading listing. Do better.

The RealReal lost my consigned item while it was in their possession and refused to take responsibility.

I repeatedly followed up on my items and was always told they were still being listed. It took over two months just to upload my items. I was later told my claim was denied because of a 60-day deadline that had never been disclosed to me. I had already contacted The RealReal within those 60 days and was still told my items were being listed. How was I supposed to know my item had already been lost?

I was also told my items would not be discounted without my approval, yet they were repeatedly marked down without any notice—some by as much as 70% off.

After this experience, I found many other customers online reporting missing consigned items. Based on my experience, I would not recommend consigning anything with The RealReal.

Amazing quality as described

Took a month for you to list my white Chanel bag that is in mint condition and you listed it as AS IS.
You wasted my time - I had to pull the bag and now have to wait until next summer to sell elsewhere. This is the second time you guys have totally screwed up. The last time I gave you a blue Prada bag that was almost brand new from Paris and you put it on the site for $250. I immediately pulled that too. These are huge mistakes - I am done selling my high end merch to you.

Every thing came as expected, at a reasonable time, and I had no problems receiving any information from the site.

Order was shipped so fast and delivered to New Zealand which so many companies won't do, love my shirt I searched for everywhere! Would definitely recommend!
