Easy ordering. Purses were exactly as described.

Pictures and descriptions of the boots I ordered were accurate and precise even the description that the boots ran a little on the small side. I appreciate it that there was no representation about the condition and was quite pleased at how good good condition was.

The jacket I ordered was exactly as described - I honestly think they had been a little over-critical in the quality grading bc it truly looked brand new but without tags- but I appreciate the consideration that went into it. It also arrived promptly so I’m thrilled w my experience

Nice pictures, fast shipping, & well packaged.

Recently did my first order with TRR after considering it for a while. Hedged by ordering low-priced items from designers I know well. Items arrived promptly, and were well packaged and in very good condition. 2 of 5 items had issues. One’s labelling made me question its authenticity. Another arrived in a smaller size than described in the listing. I immediately emailed the authentication team about my concern. Never heard back. I didn’t bother to reach out about the sizing error after that. I think you can get lucky with TRR but it’s like gambling, and you’re sure to lose some too.

The boots were even better than described. When they say pristine. Believe it!

The shoes I bought were just as stated and I recieved them in a timely manner. :)

I LOVE The RealReal to purchase amazing items. However I would Never… I mean Never sell anything else with them… I felt like I was cheated! This place is for buyers, not sellers!

The purse is in excellent condition, the tags were on it, like new. It says it was pre-owned, but it does not show any sign of wearing. It came with its original dust bag. And the price was great! The delivery and shipping went very smooth and the item was very well packaged. Thanks.

I bought around 10 things on this website. I’ve learned that the description of the condition of the items are not very accurate. Your best bet is to zoom in as closely as possible and try to examine the condition yourself. Two items described as good and one described as very good came brand new with labels (that was a nice surprise). However, one dress had a hole right at the front which was not described. Another dress was altered, you can see the different colour stitches on the inside of the dress, I own the same dress in the same size I ordered in a different colour and they fit very differently. In my opinion hoody with bubbling material can not be described as very good condition. Saying that, all the items seem to be genuine and I paid a fraction of their original price.

Terrible customer service. I was scammed and they sent a $900 purse to someone for free using my money.

I mostly appreciate the fast shipping from the RealReal, and most especially, that they've begun to use USPS, which I find most reliable for my location. My only suggestion would be a clearer description of shoe sizing, for example, noting whether the shoe sizing is for masculine or feminine feet. They could also come down a bit on the taxes and shipping costs. Thank you!

Simply good customer service. Quality of items are good so far.

I received my boots and they looks grea but slightly narrower than expected and at first decided to send them back and asked for a return label .
After second trying I realized that could be given a try just because they're new and in time I think they fit better. I chat with customer service to cancel my return and they resolved right away my problem . Your selection is outstanding , I bought many of my outfits from you site!
