Great item, arrived in excellent condition as described and fast shipping & tracking provided throughout.

The jeans are so terrible there is literally no way I could wear them. Yes they are my size, but the material is cut completely wrong in the "smile" area and the left leg has a twisted seam; however the right leg does not. You should not be allowed to sell this.

I feel like the crack in the canvas on both sides of the zipper should have been disclosed. It’s not clearly visible in the online photos but it is visible in person. It’s a final sale and I can’t return or I would.

I have been shopping and selling on TRR for years. I always go there first before considering traditional retail. I have frequently noticed that the condition rating of items seems to be subjective. I have purchased a “Very Good” bag and it was in perfect condition. It can also be the opposite with a price higher than what can be found new on sale at other retailers. I’ve just learned to do my homework on items before I buy. That being said, I have been a very happy TRR customer and authenticity of an item is never a question.

I believe the ratings of the quality of the garments is accurate. Also they take the time to measure the garments cause its the only why to shop online with accurate measurements because one never knows about sizes.

Doing a return on an item that doesn’t work for me is taking to long through this XCover partner - and I paid $173 for the privilege of this return hassle - never again
