I paid $2500 for a bracelet that was not gold. The agent emailed that they knew it was gold plate but did not update the description.

If they knew, why wasn't the price updated. I am having trouble getting my $2500 back

I was sent the wrong size. I emailed customer service and still waiting to get the problem fixed.

Overall I received very good customer service as a seller. In fact, one of my items sold right away. My only complaint is that it’s been quite sometime and I still have a couple items that haven’t “posted” yet. I also received my promotional credit after inquiring about it, which I immediately spent on a Chanel brooch. And as a buyer, I’m absolutely thrilled with.

I adore dealing with The Real Real Team but unfortunately once my package has left to be shipped it is anyones guess as to if I’ll receive it without the drama or in a timely fashion. This is due to UPS. The amount of times The Real Real notify me to say my order has shipped and made it to my shores to yet discover the delivery has been delayed once it is delivered into this company’s hands is too numerous to mention. Then the real fun begins. The package doesn’t turn up or has been out for delivery but never delivered so you are chasing it. What a time waster and the frustration just keeps going and going. One time it turned out the package never actually made it to the delivery truck yet UPS insisted they had tried to delivery it. If and I say if the package does get delivered it somehow magically has been lobbed over the far back fence (2.8 metres tall) into a corner recess rather then placed on the front porch with a small wall to hide the package. It would be a giggle but the delivery guy literally has to walk past the front door to throw the package over this particular fence.
Like I say I love shopping with The Real Real and I will say the majority of my purchases have made it onto my feet, or been seen swinging from my arm but it really is pot luck that it will be a smooth transition from the time it ends up at UPS.
Please The Real Real follow up with UPS - even to get a status report if delivery made it in decent time or actually made it to your customers hands as this will ultimately effect buyers continuing to shop with you. I’ve often contemplated if it’s worth the drama that ensues once I’ve paid.

The package has not moved for 5 days now, I flagged it 4 times and asked them to do something as the package is getting delayed and nobody answers or does anything it’s just ridiculous, I want to cancel the order and be refunded as clearly these services can be trusted.

The condition said "good," but it was in less than good condition. The seller should have been more transparent. It was VERY DIRTY.

Emailed saying this bracelet is rose gold in photo but description says yellow gold. I was assured it was yellow gold. So, I purchased, it arrived in rose gold.

Tiffany earrings said with box. It didn’t come with the box they came in, it came with a paper Tiffany’s box that the earrings didn’t originally come in.

I love my purchase, and finding great items on TRR. However the shipping and tracking needs improvement! With these days of porch pirates and trying to plan to have someone available to receive the package tracking needs to improve. The cost of these items we purchase on TRR tracking should be important!

Item arrived and was just as described. It took a bit to get here using USPS, but that’s to be expected nowadays. At least it arrived!
