Sometimes the product information on certain items is unclear or wrong, particularly regarding sizing.
Sometimes items come packed in a very haphazard way, which detracts from the overall experience.
I like the progressive discounts on items, which gives a marketplace feel.

The delivery was super quick! The Tory Burch handbag was even better than expected. Excellent leather quality. Overall I am so pleased. My new go to site, love the RealReal!

I think TRR does a good job advertising items, reviewing them and so on. the photos are not well focussed however. I've learned the TRR undervalues certain brands but this must be just a reflection of what the customers value, and the customers must be really hooked on certain uber lux brands. Concerning my purchasing I haven't been pleased yet with a ring and 2 purses;

I have been very happy with merchandise bought and sold over the years. However i will never purchase anything from them again as 1/3 of my packages go astray and are sent back to the company. This is ups’s fault i guess but bottom line I can’t go through the agnst of worrying about whether they will actually arrive

Got a fake Burberry

Bag was in great condition and came in nice packaging!

I have purchased 2 purses from TRR and both were as described and great value. The clothes have been more hit or miss. Some work out, some are miss-sized and some smell bad.
