Paid $400 for a Louis Vuitton handbag that was in much worse shaped than described. The bag is peeling, which could not be seen from the photos, nor was it in the condition description. Just paid $00 for trash.

my order was returned by shipper for some reason I still wanted the item but was told it has to go through return process and then I have to reorder it and that is if I get to it first when it is re listed, that does not work for me

You photograph many things incorrectly and describe things incorrectly - sometimes not the correct Photos for the time to show important details to make the sale - it’s very annoying … and as a seller - discouraged to give you any more times to sell

Item came with duct tape on it! Item was not in excellent condition as listed. The front decal was peeling off so not sure how the item “shows no signs of wear” as listed. Disappointed

Great products, quick delivery and terrific return plan!

The Lanvin dress I purchased was stained. The dress was altered: most significantly the side zipper had been removed and sewn back into place on the outside of the side opening of the dress. It looks like lining of the dress was removed and all fabric edges have been zig-zag stitched to keep them from fraying.
Theses alterations are no doubt the reason for the discounted price I paid for the dress. However, these alterations were not specifically itemized in the description of the item, or in the photos of the item on your website.
I will not be returning the dress as I have the sewing skills to make the necessary repairs. However, in future, a thorough description and photos of such alterations would be appreciated.

I thought I was buying a size 8 Gucci loafers for women but they are way too big so I think they are for men or are the wrong size and is actually a size 10 or 11 for women. Now I have to return the shoes at my expense. Very disappointed and am going to go to social media to alert future and current customers.

Like the bag but 1. Very delayed in processing order, 2. Real real not proactive in communicating re the delay and 3. very slow to respond to my inquiry about the status of the order and 4. in fact didn’t formally reply until after it has shipped 5. Bag arrived weeks later in a crushed inner Chanel box which was a huge bummer this happened with another purchase with real real better care should be taken given what you’re paying and purchasing

It did not take long to deliver, I love the shades they fit perfectly. I will be ordering more items in the future!

Excellent experience buying from the real real,I had purchased an item from them about 4-5 years ago and it was great then,brought a pair of louis vuitton shorts this time and they were in pristine condition,I live in England and the item was coming from the USA,but the delivery was really quick,about 7-8 days,import charges were crazy tho £180,but import charges are nothing to do with the real real,great place to buy from and there items are the best i have found compared to other sites and very reasonably priced
