The delivery, condition, was as promised and pictured.
The packaging was professional and kept the product in good condition.

Sometimes you miss label clothing. For example, you will label a pullover as a puffer coat which is not correct. Or sometimes if I send in a suit to sell, you will sell it as a separate pieces. You might have better luck if you sold it as a complete suit.

The process, the discounts

They are selling fake bags ! I was shocked !!! Be aware ! Watch YouTube videos with people’s testimonies. I found out too late. Got fake Prada bag for big money !

Great experience! The photos listed actually looked worse than the item I purchased! It arrived quickly and a quick wipe with a Clorox wipe and a quick clean of the shoe laces, was well worth saving $600! Purchasing brand new from the store is no longer something I wise to do and TRR is my new go to site for all designer options! Since this first purchase I’ve checked out 3 times!

Like their items but sizes are a hit or miss. They listed shoes as 7.5 men’s and it’s actually a women’s shoe clearly marked as 37.5. Returned it. It got listed again as a men’s shoe. Some poor soul will go thru the same disappointment I went through.

I have been purchasing and selling from the RealReal for many, many years.

When I had a problem receiving monies for my sales, they went out of their way to make it right.

I still continue to buy-I think it is better environmentally, plus TRR standards are extremely high.

Therefore I don’t worry one bit.

Waiting for my latest package due this Friday!!!!

The courier used to deliver my package did not deliver my package and deemed it “undeliverable.”
It was supposedly attempted on August 3, 2026. I was at my home the entire day.
I live in a gated community. The main gate is manned 24 hours a day. I live in a very established and well known gated community.
I did not receive a call or text from the courier to advise me of their delivery dilemma.
I am furious. The Real Real should use a reputable and dependable company as in FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
I will never use your company again. Very poor service.

Called several times to get help for how to open clasp without causing any damage. No one was able to help so I had to return the item.
