The delivery took over a week. I bought "Elsa Peretti" Tiffany by the yard earrings and I do not believe that they are authentic. These will be going back.

Shoes didn’t fit ( drat!) however return was easy breezy.

This is my third purchase and item isn’t as described. I can’t stand behind a company that is selling what is not appropriate for designer wear.

My first experience with TRR was mixed. The shipping was prompt, and I was happy with one of my items.

The second item however was a cashmere sweater that was absolutely NOT in 'very good' condition with 'minor pilling'. There was a band about 3" thick across the bust that was completely pilled as if the previous owner had worn it under overalls. And there's a small hole in the cuff that wasn't noted. I will only consider 'excellent' or pristine' sweaters in the future.

I wish you could ask questions about an item. There are times that measurements or fabric composition aren't provided, and I appreciate being able to inquire about these things on other platforms.

If you’re consigning low‑value items and aren’t concerned about your payout, The RealReal might be fine. But if you’re sending anything of significant value, be warned. There was a complete lack of communication and total failure to deliver the “white glove” experience I was promised.

I was assured I’d be updated every step of the way, yet once my items were shipped, I was completely ghosted. My sales rep ignored multiple messages, and customer service told me it would be 4–6 weeks before I’d hear anything. When I asked repeatedly for my items to be returned, those requests were ignored as well.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any consignment company, and I would never trust The RealReal with anything valuable again.

I never received an email confirmation. Even though the item was more than $1k it was sent UPS ground with no signature required. The jewelry was also supposed to come with an appraisal report, which it did not. I downloaded the one from the listing so I assume that's what I should have received.

Wonderful pieces and fast service.

I have been buying and selling items on The RealReal for a few years and I have been always pleased with the customer service and the high quality of the products available.

My one tiny nitpick is that I have tried several times to get the company to change my phone number that automatically comes up on the UPS label. I no longer have that phone number and if the company ever needed to reach me by phone it would be the wrong number.

Despite excellent rating of item in the posting, the rouched stitching was dropped in one sleeve, making it longer than the other and irregular. Fixable, just not disclosed in the listing.

Just because I did not pay the additional fee for a refundable purchase does not justify careless packaging. My Bvlgari bag was forced into a box that was barely large enough, causing one side of the handle to become dented. Whoever packaged this order failed to exercise the care and professionalism expected when handling such an expensive luxury item. I am extremely disappointed with the poor packaging and lack of customer service!

As a loyal customer who has spent thousands buying and selling with you, nothing is more frustrating than finding a great piece of jewelry or clothing with NO measurements listed. This laziness hurts your sellers, costs you sales, and alienates your best customers. Please fix your listing standards!

I received the Birkin Bag. Everything looks good. The condition was better than I thought and the few marks came off with a leather cleaning wipe. I love it!

Hazel was unfocused and she wasn't able to provide me with what i really needed ; she kept arguing without stopping to listen to me; 1 star agent 👎👎👎

The description of items condition was completely false. The item was far from "good" condition and pictures did not show the details of its poor condition. The zipper inside was completely broken the metal rings were GREEN /tarnished it had a huge pink stain inside and the strap was peeling. NONE of this was described or shown in pictures. It was a complete disappointment and will never trust shopping from the real again!

Fast and easy and items were exactly as stated. Thank you.

Received my package within estimated date. Sadly, I had to return my purchase due to fit and that process was equally seamless.
