First of all let me say I am very hard to please, and for me even thinking about going abroad to get this treatment to my knee filled me with doubt and trepidation, so I did an awful lot of research, as my knee was giving me a lot of pain and could not possibly wait two years for the treatment required, I am 71 and want to carry on living a full life.
From the very first moment I contacted Jack at Teratravel my mind was put at rest.
They could not have been more helpful, guiding me every step of the way, the only thing I had to organise was my flights.
I was met at the Airport in Riga, taken to a really good hotel then collected the following day by my chaperone, the lovely Ilva, who made the whole process seamless from start to finish.
The Surgeon and his team were exemplary in every way, I had my own private room and the surgery was an amazing success, I now have my life back and can get back to walking my dogs and playing golf.
For a quarter of the price of that you would pay in the UK I cannot recommend this company enough, Inwould use them again ina heartbeat.

Had hip replacement in Krakow last month. Partner came too, made a bit of a holiday of it. Everything spot on - surgeon was fab (used to work in Bristol), hospital cleaner than our local one. Physio started day one and I was up and about so quick. At 66 was worried about travel but they thought of everything.

Thera advised me honestly and promptly suggesting a very good clinic in Poland for my hip replacement.
They organised airport assistance and all the staff when I got to my destination Clinic were professional and most importantly caring. The intense and one to one physio has really assisted me on my road to recovery.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant experience getting my partial knee replacement in Krakow. At 70, I was nervous but needn't have been. Five-star treatment throughout.
