Therapiedecken 

It is a scam. Ordered a month ago and haven't received anything. You can only try to contact them via email and they simply don't answer.
Don't make the same mistake I did.

Bestellung und Lieferung:
Ich habe eine Decke bei Therapiedecke bestellt, was – wie auch in anderen Erfahrungsberichten beschrieben – über eine Woche gedauert hat. Die Qualität der Decke war gut und auch die Verpackung hinterließ einen positiven Eindruck.

Rückversand:
Der Rückversand verlief reibungslos und schnell. Hier gab es keine Probleme und alles lief wie erwartet.

Rücküberweisung:
Bei der Rücküberweisung des Geldes traten jedoch erhebliche Probleme auf. Es dauerte über einen Monat und erst nach mehreren Drohungen und der Meldung an PayPal mit Nachweis über die DHL-Nummer, akzeptierte Therapiedecke schließlich die Rücküberweisung. Heute, am 17.07.2024, kam endlich die Meldung, dass die Rücküberweisung akzeptiert wurde. Während dieser Zeit erhielt ich keinerlei proaktive Kommunikation seitens Therapiedecke.

Kundensupport:
Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt (17.07.2024) ist telefonisch niemand erreichbar, da offensichtlich Personal fehlt. Die Antworten des Kundenservices waren meist generisch und wenig hilfreich.

Fazit:
Wenn man nur die Decke bestellt und damit zufrieden ist, kann ich die positiven Bewertungen von bis zu 4 Sternen nachvollziehen. Sollte man jedoch unzufrieden sein und eine Rückerstattung benötigen, wird es zu einer mühsamen und frustrierenden Erfahrung, das Geld zurückzubekommen. Aus diesen Gründen würde ich diese Seite nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ordering and Delivery:
I ordered a blanket from Therapiedecke, which, as mentioned in other reviews, took over a week to arrive. The quality of the blanket was good, and the packaging made a positive impression.

Return Process:
The return process was smooth and quick. There were no issues, and everything went as expected.

Refund:
However, there were significant problems with the refund process. It took over a month and only after several threats and reporting to PayPal with proof of the DHL tracking number did Therapiedecke finally accept the refund. Today, on 17th July 2024, I finally received the notification that the refund was accepted. There was no proactive communication from Therapiedecke during this time.

Customer Support:
As of today (17th July 2024), there is no one available to reach by phone, presumably due to a staff shortage. The responses from customer service were mostly generic and not helpful.

Conclusion:
If you order the blanket and are satisfied with it, I can understand the positive reviews of up to 4 stars. However, if you are dissatisfied and need a refund, it becomes a nightmarish experience to get your money back. For these reasons, I would not recommend this site.

I have ordered a blanket as a gift for Christmas and it was advertised to be delivered right before Christmas. But, it was delayed and I got it only after all holidays. Secondly, as the blanket was really uncomfortable to sleep under and absolutely not helping with a sleeping problems, I have properly (Retoure centre) sent it back and wanted to get complete refund as was advertised as 100 days of trial sleep. It was in the beginning of February. I'm writing this review in the end of July because I have never seen my money again. So, no blanket, no money. All I have suggested to get is 50 Euro back (I have spent 239!!!). I would never recommend this web site!

They pressure you into giving them 5 starts. Product quality was not good and compared to others very expensive

I placed the order on the 1st of February. A week later, since the order didn’t arrive, I’ve asked them to cancel. They say they cannot since it was already packed but I can just refuse acceptance. The package was shipped ONE WEEK later AFTER I asked them to cancel. I refused the package and the packet was returned back to them. Now it’s the 20th and they still didn’t refund. An absolutely horrible experience so I don’t recommend anyone this shop.

Update: 3 weeks after receiving the product back, they still didn’t process the refund. I think it’s time to file a police report.

Since I start using this brand I start trust them. It's really good quality.

My son, 14years old could not sleep well, the result was that mornings in schooll was sleepy and his attention was reduced. Since we have Therapiedecken he can finally sleep well and mornings he can attend school without any problems!!
