Helpful stuff, great service.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and really knew how to take care of you while getting the lazer done . They were also very nice and supportive while doing the work and took there time to make sure you were comfortable at each stage

My experience at therapie was amazing . Smooth, informative, relaxed, successful . I will be returning very soon for laser and have recommended my friends to try the clinic. The staff are wonderful and efficient.

I’ve been going to Thérapie clinic for a number of years for various treatments. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the services offered and payment plans are perfect. It’s a bonus too that there are clinics all over London so it makes it super easy to hook in wherever I am.

Updating my previous review.

I have removed my original review because, after it was posted, the Watford clinic contacted me directly. The team there listened, understood the situation and managed to rebook our appointments so that my partner and I could attend together. The ladies at the Watford clinic have always been lovely, professional and genuinely helpful. My complaint was never about them.

My issue is entirely with Thérapie Clinic’s central customer service team and the main telephone line. Unfortunately, they were completely unhelpful. I was unable to speak to the clinic directly, was told I could not be transferred to the Watford branch, and was given generic responses with no attempt to find a practical solution. The experience left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.

Thankfully, once the Watford clinic became aware of the situation, they resolved it quickly and professionally. That only highlights the difference in the level of customer service between the clinic itself and the central customer service team.

Thérapie Clinic really needs to review how its central customer service operates. The clinic staff deserve far better support because they clearly care about their patients, whereas the experience through the main customer service line was disappointing.

I attended twice for my appointment I had my free consultation and peeling. I went to Belfast Clinic. I had opted for a package which is amazing. I had a wonderful experience with Eimear,she is very knowledgeable and willing to help me throughout the process. She helped me to get the best glow on my wedding day.
She made me comfortable while doing the peel. She gave suggestions about the products which suits my skin, explained how to look after the skin after the procedure.
I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Thérapie Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and excellent customer service.Im looking forward for my Hydrafacial in 2 weeks.

Really impressed with the Therapie Clinic in the Ashley Centre, Epsom, for aesthetics. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable so I feel confident in what they are doing. It’s also a very well maintained, immaculately clean place. Would definitely consider other procedures there.
