Unfortunately, it did not work with my dizziness. However, i do enjoy the massage, the heat and the electronic massage for relaxation. I find it very soothing.

Relaxing helped a lot

Ordering my theraneck device was easy. Arrived well packaged and in good time. Easy to use and gives good results. Will keep using to relieve the tension I suffer with.

The neck machine is fine but can be hard to lay my neck on. Still not got to trying out the heat side of it. Am currently on exercises with physio but will get back to it when I need to

Excellent machine, i felt the benifit straight away and I am continuing to use it.

It has taken a few weeks but I now find my Vertigo/dizziness and neck pain is reducing . I would have preferred a better Instruction leaflet, which I have now mislaid as it’s very small. Since guessing on how best to increase the settings, I have achieved better results. I would advise users to be patient. After six years of dizziness and many useless consultations, MRI and many other test and treatments, I only recently discovered Cervical Vertigo was the problem. I had nothing to lose by giving TheraNeck a go! Now, at last this has reduced my neck pain and dizziness. I am 83years old and very determined to achieve good mobility!

Have used the Theraneck massager for a good few weeks now and can definitely feel a difference neck being less tight and possibly better sleep. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I would have liked a light or sign come up warning when the battery is running low

I haven't used the Theraneck a lot, but when I have used it, it seems to help. I only gave 4 stars as I found the controls a bit confusing and the instructions on the leaflet that came with it was so tiny I had to take a photo of it and expand the photo to be able to read it.

Seems to have stopped the vertigo and neck feels a lot more easier I'm glad I gave it a try , I use it twice a week and sometimes more if I need too , great device

The product was a bit long on the delivery. Now it's here I am very pleased with it. My neck is much less knotted and My headaches have reduced in frequency.

When I get to use Theraneck, the gentle heat and vibration helps me with aches and tension in my neck. It also helps to alleviate the headaches. I suffered from a neck fracture in rugby.

Have cervicogenic headache from the neck. This really helps. Recommend it

It has given me temporary relief but it is early days since I bought it and hopefully it will get better with more time
