DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! NO customer service!

I placed an order on 4/3/26 (order 207745) for their premium Fly Traps. I spent $94.67. The order was charged to my credit card, and shipped. On 4/7/26 it arrived in Nashville, TN (which is my regional distribution center for my address.) For some reason, it was sent to Omaha, NE and has been sitting in Omaha NE since 4/9/26.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via their "support-at-theranchpestcontrol.com" (since they do not have a customer service phone number on their site) and have not received any reply. I have also initiated a "Missing Mail" request with USPS.

As of this date, I have not heard anything from The Ranch Pest Control except promotional/junk emails. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company requesting my money back. I do not recommend ordering from these people as their customer service is "poor" and "non-existent." I

Order Stuck, Support Stalling – Still No Resolution

I placed an order with The Ranch Pest Control (Order #179935), and while it was shipped quickly, it’s been stuck in the U.S. for weeks with no movement, according to the DHL tracking. I’ve contacted their support team multiple times over the past couple of weeks, and although they initially responded and said they'd look into it or offer a refund/reshipment, I’ve now been left in the dark.

My last few emails have gone unanswered, and I still have neither my order nor a refund. It's frustrating to have to chase down a basic resolution for something that clearly isn’t the customer’s fault. I just want this resolved.

As of now, I can’t recommend this store based on how they’ve handled the situation.
