1 Year on and I still love it!

1 Year on and I still love it!

Just saw that I've had my Theragun Mini for 1 year.

I use it regularly and have really felt a big difference post work out. Moreover, it is great as a routine before sleep.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. After sending a >$500 product with slow ground shipping, it was received broken and missing pieces.

After informing the company, I was told to send the item back (also a cheap ground shipping return label) and that once received, I would have to wait 5 days to get a new one shipped out... also ground.

I asked the company why I should be penalized and wait an extra 2+ weeks for a mistake they made and I was told that was policy.

I will never buy another product from this company, even if it's the best on the market.

Battery Fails After a Few Months

Customer Service = Zero. Not our problem is the response. Contact someone else.

Don't waste your money on something that will fail very quickly. Might as well buy cheap Chinese knock off - better quality batteries and you expect it to fail.

I would also question the real benefits of the product as well. I did not notice any significant improvements

Poor customer service

I ordered my product on a week day but 10 days later it still hadn’t been dispatched. It took several attempts to contact customer services but finally I heard back. I was told my order had been sent to to the warehouse but was given no actual information. Eventually I gave up and cancelled my order. I’ve bought one from Pulsio. Half the price and next day delivery!

Broken Theragun Elite & Slow CS

Bought a theragun elite, first one arrived broken (fairly well documented issue where it doesn't hold charge). Cue a long and difficult return process, 3 weeks later when I get a replacement - broken again with exactly the same issue. I've now requested a refund, let's see how long this takes. Very poor.

THERABODYS TOTAL DISREGARD

am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Therabody.com. I placed an order on June 30th, 2023, spending a significant amount of $3,100. Unfortunately, the nightmare began when I needed to return the items.

The return tracking stopped updating on July 4th, 2023, and since then, I have been left in the dark about the status of my return. It is now July 29th, and the situation has not been resolved, leaving me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.

Despite my attempts to get in touch with their customer support, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. The lack of communication is astounding, and it seems like they are purposely ignoring my inquiries.

A month has passed, and I am yet to receive any indication that they are taking my case seriously. The constant waiting and uncertainty have caused me immense stress and inconvenience.

When I made my purchase, I trusted Therabody.com to deliver quality products and provide excellent customer service. However, they have failed on both fronts. Not only have they been unable to deliver a smooth and efficient return process, but they have also shown a complete disregard for their customers' concerns.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from Therabody.com. It is unacceptable for a company to treat its customers this way, especially when they have spent a significant amount of money on their products.

I urge potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase from Therabody.com. If anything goes wrong with your order, you may find yourself in a similar situation as mine, struggling to get any assistance or resolution from their customer support.

In conclusion, my experience with Therabody.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, delayed resolution, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply disappointed. As a consumer, I expect better treatment and service from a company, especially when spending thousands of dollars on their products. I will not be shopping with Therabody.com again, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their purchases.

Never buying a product directly from the website

I've ordered a theragun mini from their website. After 5 business days without any update and haven't received the order, I contacted customer service with the goal of canceling my order. They ignored all my questions and mentioned the order had been shipped already and that I would have to wait. Surprise surprise, I receive the order a few days after and the shipping notice is dated post my conversation with customer service. Disgraceful behavior and shows how untrustworthy they are.

Received Faulty Theragun Elite Replacement

Returned my faulty Theragun Elite within the warranty window as it wasn’t holding the charge and didn’t turn on at all. The machine had only been used a few times during the 1.5 years I owned it so I was disappointed by the poor quality. Customer service was helpful, responded within a day and provided a return postage label, however around a week later I received my Theragun Elite replacement which is faulty as well and not holding a charge as well as being completely dead. Unbelievable considering the price of the product. I feel betrayed as a customer, this is unacceptable!

Order paid and no shipping after 11 days!

Placed an order 11 days ago and paid via Paypal. Until today no shipping confirmation. Emails inquiring about the order stay unanswered. I then sent an email canceling the order and requesting my money back. That mail was answered telling me they could not locate my order. I am now trying to get my money back through Paypal. STAY AWAY FROM THERABODY!

Zero assistance for customer service

I ordered a pretty expensive pair of their recovery boots that includes a battery pack that needs to be charged. It’s a simple charger cord, and mine got misplaced. I contacted therabody’s customer service and their solution was to spend another $1000+ on new boots. I bought a $12 cord on Amazon. I just wish I would have been able to buy the one it came with.

Terrible customer service- avoid!!!

Ordered a Theraface, confirmation e-mail had correct address but wrong zip code. The zip code defaulted to an incorrect one. I emailed twice to get the zip changed and no response. I get in touch via chat as no phone number and they said it was delivered. I get a tracking No from agent I am chatting to (no tracking number sent via email and no communication from them on delivery)… tracking number shows picture of where package was left and it was not my house! Then customer service says they will open an investigation and it can take 15 days and if my claim is denied they will not offer a replacement or refund - what a disorganized and chaotic company !!! Best to avoid!!!

Terrible just been through payment company to cancel payment. Order placed, email notification revived for payment. I have not received an email confirming order although payment taken. I have tried to contact through email and chat.

3 Years and Going Strong

I've had my Theragun Elite for just over 3 years now and it still works just as great as it did on day 1.

I use it after my workouts 6 days a week and I only need to charge once or twice a month. The plastic head did crack but that's my fault for dropping it onto my solid iron weight rack - fortunately, it did not affect performance at all and I would say these are made to be very durable.

I love the quality materials these are made from, and the design looks great and is easy to use. I have friends that bought cheap versions on Amazon and they pooped out within 6-12 months. They also lack the power of the Theragun, and you can tell right away they are made from cheap materials.

I've gotten my value out of this little device several times over now, and will happily purchase from this brand again.

SCAM!!!

I ordered Theraface. It stopped working after two uses. I connected with a customer service person named Arturo who told me to send the device with none of the attachments back to them and they would send a replacement. He sent me an RMA # and form to print out and send to them. This was in January and I never received a new device. Arturo does not respond to emails. I cannot get an answer from them. This company is a scam.

No way to add VAT ID as a VAT payer

There is no way to do the purchase as a VAT payer and enter your VAT ID. The customer service "Maria S." keeps referring to DIGITAL RIVER as the processor of the payment and although they are charging VAT. You as a VAT payer cannot make the purchase without it.

Awful customer service, buy a competitor

Ordered product with promise of next day dispatch on website, got confirmation email, did not arrive. Contacted therabody customer service (only on live chat, no phone) and they advised they had no record of the order at all and to place another order. My card had not been charged so no reason to doubt this although it's awful service. Agent advised they are going through a system migration and so there will be a delay with the SECOND order and no estimated dispatch date. This was a gift and by then I had already missed the date. Ordered from Amazon to guarantee delivery. Almost a month later, a theragun from Therabody arrives and my card is charged. I now cannot get hold of anyone at Therabody (no phone number, no agents available on live chat despite it being within their published hours) to get a refund/return. No return location for drop off is near my home and I am not going to pay to return something they told me was cancelled. I've tried multiple times to get hold of therabody now. The worst customer service which is a shame as the product is good, but I will never order from them again and would not recommend to anyone. The warranty is meaningless as you won't be able to get in touch with the company!

Worked well, until it didn't.

Ordered a theragun elite on 12/25/21. After a year and a half of regular use, the gun no longer holds a charge. I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they can do as the unit was out of the warranty period. It is a shame to spend so much money on a product that only lasted a year and a half. I was offered a coupon to buy another gun. I will give my business to a company that does not stand behind there product.
