I wish I got it years ago

I’ve had the Theragun Elite a year or two and I LOVE it. It’s made such a difference for my back and neck pain. Because of the triangular handle I can easily use it myself which is great.

And it is unexpectedly awesome on my calves, shins, Achilles tendon and under my feet. I never thought to use it on there before.

Dire Company, Poor Product Quality

First of all the theragun pro was great for a little over 2 months.

Then one battery won't charge, contacted the dire customer support "sorry we don't replace parts like batteries or chargers you will have to send the whole unit back" What kind of company doesn't hold spare consumables? So I then said if I'm just sending it back I'll have a full refund as it's not fit for purpose and whilst I'm without the machine for simply changing a faulty battery I may as well be refunded and buy something more reliable"sorry we can't refund you for a faulty product after 2 months!”

This company is shocking, for such expensive high end gear they don't carry consumables spare parts for replacement, they don't refund after 2 months for a faulty product and their customer service script readers are abysmal.

Nothing but cheap rebranded low grade rubbish made in China sold at a premium.

Theft by deception, premium price as it's marketed well, but cheaply made product which has no longevity, stear clear of this company!!!!

Battery failure whilst charging and non existent customer service.

Received a Theragun mini for a present. Didn't use it much at first but then had a lower back injury so last few months I have used it more. Seemed great until plugging it in to charge one day made the battery fail. From working perfectly to nothing simply trying to charge it. It was just out of warranty so obviously they offered nothing to help. No replacement or repair service (pretty shocking for a big company in this day and age for something so simple as a battery issue!). Massage gun looks/is basically new. maybe two months worth of use and now it's in the bin. For the price that is pathetic and it appears it is a very common occurrence. I'll be buying a replacement from one of their competitors.....

the WORST customer service…

It's literally the worst customer service. I have been waiting nearly a month for the product to be delivered. Nothing has been delivered, and they are refusing a refund. They claimed it was delivered, but to where? DPD left saying it was delivered to a neighbour called ROSBERY AVENU? It's a road's name... Also, I was at home when DPD attempted to deliver... it did not... I didn't hear the bell rang...

It's crazy consider how expensive the product is...

DO NOT PURCHASE their products

DO NOT PURCHASE their products! My Theragun Pro(~$500)stopped functioning just shy of 3 years of ownership with very limited use. During this period the unit got so hot that the foam adapter began to smoke. Recently, the product just quit working with both batteries unable to recharge. Customer Service(AWFUL)informed me that the product has been discontinued, but I could purchase a reconditioned unit. Why would I throw good money after bad?!?

Great Product; CRAP customer service

The product is fantastic when it works.

My power button stopped working and I’m out of my 1 year warranty, but conveniently there is no where to take the device to fix it. Customer service says I should just buy a new one…. $750 device, I would expect better service to help with a solution. “Not just buy another one”

Batteries stopped charging

Batteries stopped charging. I was over my year warranty so they couldn't repair my device or batteries. Considering how much it cost this is very disappointing and thought it would last a lot longer than this. I would not buy from this company again. I communicated via email the response was very computer generated and generic. Feel let down from a company I thought were reputable.

Stuck with useless paperweight, no option to PAY for parts.

I purchased a Theragun Pro (4th Gen) in July of 2021. Unfortunately, during my move, I misplaced my spare battery and charger, so I now have a defunct device that is a useless paperweight. I scoured Therabody's webpage, but there is no solution as they do not sell spare parts and the only potential "wireless charger" (which isn't even clear if it would work with my device) is not even in stock. I reached out to support and their only response was "we don't sell replacement chargers or parts," which seems insane because, as I've already said, I'm stuck with a $500+ huge paperweight that is utterly useless. I have no issues PAYING for a replacement, but I need the option to do so. It's not like they don't have any more spare parts- they still SELL packages of the same model that I've purchased on their website! The support staff simply says, "we can offer a discount code for a new product," but why would I spend MORE money on a company that can't support it's products that are barely 3 years old? Just so I can go through this again in 2-3 years when they decide they're not going to support the product any longer? This is asinine. Give customers the OPTION to pay for replacement parts that are REQUIRED for your products to function. Absurd business practice.

No replacement pads for power dots, product unusable now

Bought at least six or seven of the power dots. Bought some for family members for gifts etc. Now I find out that the pads which are essential for use of the PowerDot are out of stock for over a year and they don’t know when they’re going to be able to get them back. Tried some aftermarket ones but didn’t work very well so now as essentially rendered my devices unusable and they refuse to consider a refund or give me a date when they will have the pats back

Do NOT BUY

Theragun Elite Bought in 2021, battery completely dead and the only support is 40% code off a new one. Pretty poor for a product with such a premium price tag. Plus no way for the customer to easily change the battery!

Bought an elite in 2020

Bought an elite in 2020, light use for a couple a years then left it unplugged for a year. Went back to use it and it won’t charge because the battery is already dead, the battery can’t be replaced and it’s past the 1 year warranty. Sold a product for $500 that is supposed to be rechargeable and it failed within a couple years. Now the whole unit is trash, horrible product even worse company creating endless amounts of expensive landfill. They offered a 40% discount because they obviously know how garbage their product is.

Unhelpful Robotic Avoidance to help

Unhelpful Robotic Avoidance to help. I bought a theragun elite massage gun . These are not cheap and retail at £280 in the UK. It arrived boxed up absolute quality almost like Apple do with their products. There was no charge on it so I plugged it in for several hours till it showed 80% charge. It did not work. It would not turn on. I plugged the charger in again and it now showed no charge whatsoever. I repeated this several times. The seller a huge company subject of another review refused to help saying I should take it up with the manufacturers Theragun. I did. They completely refused to help saying I had not bought it off them therefore I had bought from an unauthorised seller. Whichever way you cut the ice this is a brand new product a very expensive one. Therabody refused to help me with any troubleshooting and said that had I bought from them they would have replaced it if it was within warranty.. They stated they did not have a repair or technical department. It took me lots and lots of emails and each one was answered in a robotic unhelpful manner offering no support which is clearly a company ethic. I asked if they had no repair facility what would I do if the theragun was a year old and therefore out of the warranty. Sadly in this scenario there is no repair and no assistance from theragun. I cannot see any point in people parting with lots of money on below standard quality products only for them to be worthless as soon as any warranty expires if there was an issue. A clearly disgraceful company ethic and I would dissuade anybody from buying any of their products.

I think if you read through these reviews you will see that they dont care and dont even bother responding to complaints. I would like to see the authorities take these rogue traders to task it is disgraceful in this day and age that a company can act in a way that simply rips people off they are no better in my opinion than scammers

Horrible Customer Service

I misplaced my charger so I ordered the wireless charging stand. The stand stopped working within a few weeks. I contacted customer service who instructed me to send the stand back. It’s been 3 months since I sent it back and I have not received a replacement. I sent Therabody an email and they mentioned they are “still processing” my return. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and may consider a different product in the future because of my experience.

Theragun Pro - No Charger Available to Purchase!!

I have a Theragun Pro that I purchased in 2020 and it did really help with my issues. However, my charger has just gone bad and there is NONE available to purchase. Not the Multi-Device Wireless Charger or the Pro Charger Stand. They can't even tell me when a charger will be available. How could they let this happen, how long will I be unable to use my Theragun Pro? It was the best available to purchase (and expensive) just a few years ago.
