I am dissatisfied with the customer service and their Theragun Elite Red. I purchased it because the product was highly reviewed and recommended. I purchased it in Feb 2021 and I haven’t extensively u... See more

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY A THERA GUN…
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY A THERA GUN PRO
This is the second Thera Gun I have purchased used it a little over 10 times and now it wont charge, this seems to be a common fault. I have tried to contact Thera Body 3 times, no response!!!! £440 waste of money, no support - disgraceful
Avoid therabody
Still not received the replacement for my faulty item, over a week since it was supposedly sent to my house, even though I was home all day
They only reply once a day with a less than helpful answer
I would strongly advise not using this useless company
Terrible Quality and Customer Service – Not Worth the $600
I bought the Theraface Pro for $600, expecting a high-quality skincare device, but it’s been a huge letdown. I’ve barely used the device, and after just over a year, it already broke. The electro-sculpting head attachment has major connection issues and is now completely unusable.
I reached out to Therabody customer service and even sent them a video clearly showing the defect. Despite this, they refused to help me because it was just outside their 1-year warranty. For a product that costs this much, you’d expect it to last longer than a year and for the company to stand behind what they sell.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience and would not recommend Therabody to anyone. There are other brands out there that offer better quality and customer support. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Dampener stuck on my Theragun Pro
Despite following different guides found online, I haven't been able to remove/change the attachment (dampener) from my Theragun Pro.
I've talked to Therabody customer service, but despite being very friendly, they were very unhelpful.
However, they advised me to subscribe to their official newsletter to stay informed about any upcoming sales, special promotions, or exclusive offers, so I could buy a new device...
The worst customer service
I had ordered the Smart Googles 2 and was excited to have a new tool to help me relax. The product was sent the next day, but I had a code without any links to any shipping company. After over 10 days, I emailed Therabody to get an update on my order, and to my surprise, they claimed it had been delivered by DHL. In over a year in the Netherlands, all my DHL order had emails and updates— but not this one. The website showed it had been delivered to me, when it hadn't. The customer support representative told me I'd have to file a police report to make a refund claim, which feels quite excessive, burdens the client for their poor delivery arrangements, and creates stress for people who, due to their personal conditions, might feel justifiable uncomfortable interacting with law enforcement. This is so disrespectful with customers. Stay away!
Battery will not charge
The same with me. Our Theragun elite will not charge the battery which can not be replaced. Charging light flashes and after 24 hours still no charge nor working. In the bin it goes and will never buy one of these again.
Echoing several other reviews
Echoing several other reviews. Our two year-old Theragun Mini was left in a drawer for two months and then wouldn't go on despite charging.
Customer service was very friendly and very unhelpful. They commiserated with our frustrating and disappointing product experience. (no answer as to whether they recycle any part of this expensive doorstop.)
Poorly made
Bought a theragun ~2 years ago and used it a few times. Didn’t use it for a couple of months, and now it won’t turn on, nor will it charge. Company will not assist and claims there’s no warranty. Way too expensive of an item for it to not last more than two years with minimal use.

Need a replacement battery for my therabody heated vibrating lower back belt--says out of warranty and no replacement
Very unprofessional
Misleading Practices, Poor Customer Service, and Unauthorised Charges – Avoid
Therabody misled me into believing I could receive a disability VAT relief refund, instructing me to first purchase the item and provide personal documentation without verifying eligibility. After weeks of back-and-forth, they refused to acknowledge their misleading guidance and dismissed my concerns. My request continues to be misunderstood despite multiple clarifications, demonstrating poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, they later charged me an unauthorised £56.85, which I reported as fraud to my bank. Despite multiple emails, they have stopped responding.
I have now escalated my complaint to international industry standards authorities for misleading conduct under consumer protection laws, which has had discriminatory effects on disabled customers like myself. Avoid this company!
Do not purchase total ripoff…
Purchased the Therabody Theragun MIni in Sept 23 and used it once it was so powerful it hurt to use, ended up putting away in box and left it, fast forward to the week of 3rd March 25 and so calf ls so got it out and it doesn't turn on. Emailed them to explain my situation out of warranty l, can't do anything for me. WASTE OF MONEY, VERY EXPENSIVE to be able to be used once!
Very disappointed in Customer Service
Very disappointed in Customer Service, purchased the new Thermback LED, in their introductory video at the one minute 40 second mark it clearly states for customers who need it we have a free extender belt just contact customer service. I did that today via chat and got horrible runaround how this is a new product we don’t show this being available. We know nothing about it. We’re going to have to escalate this. This is ridiculous for a product that is being sold, and that their own video is clearly advertising something complementary to the customer who has bought it and received the unit.
FAULTY PRODUCT WITH NO SUPPORT
I purchased the Theragun Pro Plus in November 2023, expecting premium durability. Just over a year later, the device developed a noise change and started emitting gold metallic flakes. Therabody refused to assist since it was only three months out of warranty, leaving me with an expensive but faulty product. Buyers should be aware that durability may not match the price, and customer service is unwilling to help past the warranty period. Disappointed, as I expected better support for a high-end recovery device.
Terrible customer service and only had gun TWO years?
I had a theragun for only two years. Suddenly the light would come on but it wasn't working. I cannot begin to tell you how bad their customer service is. PLEASE consider another company. A product that costs over $300 should work longer than two years. Especially when it really wasn't used that much. But the customer service....GOOD LUCK getting anyone and if you do, good luck getting your problem resolved. Terrible company.
2 years later and it’s dead
I got this as a gift and 2 years later, it stopped working and no help whatsoever was extended. For such a premium product at this price point , you would think this product should last longer but it doesn’t. Looking at other people’s reviews it’s pretty shitty so avoid if you can!
I am SO upset with this product
I am SO upset with this product. We received the Theragun Elite as a gift a year ago. It was used less than 6 times and layer idle for 6 months. When we went to use it again the battery was dead. We charged it back to 100% but when pressing the on button, nothing happen. Even after another recharge...nothing. Customer service ghosted me after hearing it was a gift and out of warranty. I took it apart and found the battery is NON-REPALACEABLE!. What a waste. I know this thing cost well over $200. Don't waste your money on this company or their products!
Designed to Break… and No Warranty Support
I am on my THIRD Theragun… and third to DIE. I had a Elite, but the battery stopped working just out of warranty. The battery was built in, and there was no way to service it, so it became a very expensive paperweight.
Then I bought the Pro v.4, with swappable batteries. Not cheap. The actuator shaft broke after a few months’ use, but the company did send me a replacement. But now, the replacement gun’s batteries won’t charge because the charger stopped working. Warranty support has been no help (and run me around quite a bit for weeks). I was shocked to learn that their warranty only applies to the original device, not to the replacement they sent when the one I bought broke. Theragun’s suggestion? Find a used charger on Ebay or the Internet because they stopped making those chargers and won’t fix or replace the one I have. Now I have a second very expensive paperweight.
I had very high hopes for the Theragun Pro, given its premium price and marketing. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but premium. For a product at this price point, I expected far better durability and customer support. Instead, I got three massage guns that failed and a company that is more interested in technicalities than standing by their product.
I’ve done my research now and am buying a Bob & Brad’s DB6 Pro Massage Gun–very similar specs, 16mm deep amplitude, less expensive, and better reputation. I've heard great things about their durability, reliability, and customer service—something Therabody could learn from.
Regarding Theragun, and the Pro in particular—BUYER BEWARE. Theragun is LONG on glitzy website marketing and SHORT on quality and support. I will never buy another Theragun product again. I hate waste, and now have TWO dead massage guns that work fine, except they won’t charge.
EXPENSIVE RUBBISH
Rubbish at a premium price. Mine broke in under a year. Warranty is supposed to be 2 years in the UK. The support team do as much as they can do to NOT HELP. So RUBBISH PRODUCT, RUBBISH SUPPORT, RUBBISH WARRANTY.
Purchase from Therabody website/Acquisto dal sito Therabody
PO EU23888888225088
I purchased from the Therabody website on 15/1, delivery arrived late compared to what was indicated and refused because it was purchased from Amazon for the specific date I was interested in. I asked for a refund and still nothing has arrived, every day the (terrible) assistance only knows how to say to wait 24/48 hours, every day a different operator pretends to check and responds to wait 24/48 hours. Now they ignore me in chat too.
Thieves, terrible, do not buy from them

My Theragun mini stopped holding a charge after 2 years of light use.. just days after the warranty expired. There's no way to replace the battery so customer services only advice was to buy a new one. Not only does this leave me feeling completely ripped off, but it's environmentally terrible- not a good look for a company operating in the health market. Stay well clear!
