I spent $845 on a red light hair helmet. They confirmed my order, but it has now been over 2 weeks and it still hasn’t shipped, even though it said it would ship out in a day or two. I have emailed them three separate times asking for an update, but they have not even had the courtesy to respond. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered on 1/11/26 based on the website’s promise of next-business-day shipping. I did not receive a tracking number. I reached out and was promised in email a shipping date of 1/23/26. That date passed with no shipment and no proactive communication which appears to conflict with the FTC Mail Order Rule. When I requested a refund due to the delay, my emails went unanswered, leading me to file a chargeback on 1/31/26.

The item finally shipped on Feb 10 (nearly a month late). I logged into UPS and selected “Return to Sender” as I already filed a chargeback. Remarkably, the company then emailed stating the package contained the wrong charger. They provided an Amazon link for a third-party replacement and a $10 credit. This is concerning because:
1. Their own website states that using a non-Theradome charger voids the warranty.
2. The official replacement charger on their site is listed at $30, far exceeding the provided credit.

Advice to Buyers:
If you decide to order, keep all email correspondence especially regarding chargers to protect your warranty. Also, if Theradome tells you that you can’t cancel your order, make sure to google the situation! Who knows what you will learn!

The Theradome has been a complete game changer for me. I am in my 50's and was experiencing dramatic thinning hair. After using for less than six months, I have thicker hair than I did in my 20's. I'm so grateful for this device and only sorry I didn't buy it sooner!

It's a good product, works as advertised, with a Customer Service which is superb!

I was put on a medication that is known to be associated with hair shedding. Sure enough, every time I brushed my hair I ended up with a brushful of hair!!! Even if I brushed my hair just 5 minutes before, once I brushed it even just a few minutes after, a brushful AGAIN! I purchased the Theradome out of desperation. I used it according to instructions. 3 weeks into it, I have noticed a lot less shedding. I can brush my hair with just normal shedding, now!! What a relief! The anxiety was just too much to face, daily. Thank you, Theradome!

If you are pregnant, plan to get pregnant, or are breastfeeding don’t purchase this helmut as you won’t be able to use it and even if you don’t use it and wish to return it, the company will charge you $150 to take the unused helmut back!

I have used the Theradome for four years now and can see a difference with my hair. It is not thinning and I have maintained and had new hair growth. The Teradome helmet is easy to use and is so comfortable I forget it is on my head. Recently I had an issue with it staying charged. It was easy to order a replacement battery and is working like a brand new unit! The Theradome has been a great addition to assist with my hair growth. THANK YOU THERADOME -- Sherri

I purchased the theradome helmet for my daughter because her hair was thinning and after using the helmet for a few months we definitely saw less hair shedding and more baby hairs starting to grow. It’s easy and convenient to use. We had a problem with it and wasn’t sure what the issue was but Johnny helped me figure out it was the charger and so I got another one. He was very patient and kind.

I love this helmet. I lost a lot of hair post-menopause and no serums or oils helped with hair growth. The Theradome Helmet was the first tool I have tried after countless IG and Tik Tok purchases. After using it for 6 months, I see and feel hair growth. I also can no longer see my scalp. I highly recommend this product.

Love this product and the company that sells it . I first bought one for my son in 2021 he was skeptical but had to admit I was right it really worked!! I gave one to my sister, myself and most recently my sister-in-law. Either helmet is a good choice. I have history with both. Zero side effects and more HAIR ! Can’t say enough good things about customer service either especially Johnny they really do what they say. My suggestion is to buy it directly from the company they are the best!!!

I have been using my Theradome EVO for over 5 years now. It slowed down the speed of my hair loss. I feel strongly that my hair loss would have been much more progressed without my Theradome usage. The greatest thing is that it is so user friendly. I am able to put it on when I get home and sit down to eat. Also very easy and non restrictive to wear during regular activities in my home. I will wear it when sitting down to watch tv, and forget that it is even on. Its light and not cumbersome. The voice information it emits is clear and keeps me up to date on the number of uses and time remaining. I am almost crossing the 900 uses mark with no problems, no troubles. Purchasing it was a wise decision for me and Well worth it.

I have used the Theradome helmet for several months and I use it every day! It has helped my hair grow in on the top of my head just as I had hoped! Only product I have tried that actually worked! I like the fact that I could lower the volume of the sound of the person telling me how much longer the treatment will last. I just had my first problem with my helmet not taking a charge and customer service walked me through how to solve the problem and it now works again! So happy I didn't have to ship it off for service! Wonderful customer service!

I purchased the Theradome Laser device a couple of years ago and recently began experiencing problems with the laser lights. I called the company and spoke with Stephanie. Stephanie was very knowledgeable with the Theradome and patiently spent a lot of time walking me through the tests. She determined what the problem was and knew what part to send me to correct it. I will continue to use the Theradome as it has really helped me with extreme shedding and my hair is much healthier now.

This product has been a game changer for me! My Afro-textured hair is thicker, longer & healthier! I’ve been using my helmet for about 6 months & the results are truly amazing!

People think this treatment isn't real. I had cancer. I lost all of my hair. I used this product to grow my hair back. I had a full had of hair before anyone in my support group who were in the same stage of treatment as I was. My hair grew in thicker and faster than anyone else. It is so easy to use. Highly recommend!!

I had thinning hair at the crown and hairline after some extended health issues. I am also allergic to propylene glycol which is in most of the hair growth topical products. I am so happy there is an alternative to buying chemical products and having to apply them every day! The Theradome helmet is great! It is lightweight and stays in place. It makes your hair healthier and stronger, reduces shedding, and causes hair to fill in where it was lost. I am no longer embarrassed to have photos taken. I used to lighten my hair just to make it less obvious how thin it was. Now I don’t have to worry now when my roots grow in. My part line is noticeably filled in as is the area by my temples. Make sure you take photos so you can see the progress!

I also really appreciate the customer service. I've had my device for several years and I recently easily was able to contact a rep and schedule a call and a real human walked me through troubleshooting and fixed the problem. Amazing!
