I placed an order (AN20003866) and paid €80.00 via bank transfer on 14/06/2026. The product was never shipped. I submitted a cancellation and refund request, followed by two formal reminders in the following weeks, including notification that a bank recall procedure had been initiated. To date, no response from the company — no email, no refund, no confirmation of cancellation.

I also encountered issues processing the payment — two Italian banks did not recognize the IBAN as valid, which should have been a warning sign.
I am sharing this to warn other potential buyers.

This company took my money and failed to deliver the purchased product. The order was fully paid, yet the item was never shipped, and no tracking information was ever provided.

What makes this situation especially concerning is the complete lack of communication. I contacted the seller repeatedly via email and phone, but all attempts were ignored. No explanation, no apology, no effort to resolve the issue.

Taking payment without delivering goods and refusing to respond to customers is not just unprofessional — it raises serious red flags. Based on my experience, this behavior strongly suggests that the company cannot be trusted.

I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this seller to think twice and proceed with extreme caution.

Very poor customer experience.

I ordered 32 GB DDR5 RAM (€390) on 6 January. After more than a week, the order was still marked as “Open”, with no shipping, no tracking, and zero communication.

I contacted Theracon multiple times via the contact form and email and received no response at all.

I opened a PayPal case, and the very next day PayPal refunded me — which says enough.

Delays happen, but complete silence is unacceptable.
I would not recommend Theracon at all based on this experience.
