Fantastic service and items

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear that the item arrived damaged.

As discussed in our email correspondence, we explored several possible solutions before arranging a return at no additional postage cost and issuing a full refund.

Unfortunately, due to the way these models are packaged, it is not always possible to identify damage prior to dispatch. While we take great care when packing and shipping all orders, once items leave our warehouse we are unable to control how they are handled by the courier.

To ensure you were not left out of pocket, we issued a full refund before the returned item was received.

Top tier service - went the extra mile to avoid disappointment

Top tier service, really quick to respond even between christmas and new year and even when product was sent back in error!

Was really pleased to track down an F1 top to replace a wrong size from somewhere else at Christmas.

For one thing Race Works team were able to dispatch and deliver by 30th December even though order was only placed on 26th -amazing!

For quite another they were able to intercept a mistaken return and send the same (last one) item a second time within a week after I initially entered the wrong address and our neighbour 3 doors away took it upon themselves to take it back to the local DPD return hub (within 3 hours of delivery).

Amazing service, not business as usual having to intercept the return, not to put back on shelf and to smooth over the billing.
