Order not delivered, no response from seller

I placed an order with this seller and my payment was taken (DKK 2,379.15 Order #2795THERANORDIC), but the product has not been delivered.

I contacted customer support multiple times by email requesting either confirmed delivery details or a refund. Unfortunately, I have received no response, and neither the product nor a refund has been provided.

As a customer, I find the lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order unacceptable. I am now forced to escalate the case through my bank and consumer protection channels.

I hope this review encourages the seller to resolve the issue properly.
