He said he would give me a refund
He said he would give me a refund, if I removed my previous negative comment, so I did.
But he has not refunded the $22 shipping fee!
He never shipped anything, but now he’s saying it was a handling fee. Not true.
I’ve never had the displeasure of dealing with anyone as dishonest as this guy!

Botm pre-order quilt kits are Non-cancelable and Non-refundable. Suzanne canceled her order for BOTM quilt kit, upon calling Suzanne to explain that we have already ordered her quilt kit, and that it clearly states that these are non-cancelable and non-refundable Suzanne said " I was going to take the first month to get the pattern, and then not pay for any more so I could keep the pattern" When we tried to explain to Suzanne that this was not an ethical thing to do, and that we have already paid for her 12 months of fabrics to the mill on her behalf, Suzanne followed up with a slew of nasty name calling, then proceeded to threaten by posting on every platform that she could find a list of negatives, we agreed to refund simply to stop the abusive behavior. Suzanne was refunded her deposit of $36.87. CDN, from a $46.87 charge CDN. The difference is less $10.00 CDN in transaction fees charged by Visa and processing fees charged by Square. .. for a BOTM that Suzanne reserved and desired to " Only keep the first month to get the patterns for free"
After 6 attempts at phone communication Suzanne hung up on Every call after a list of abusive names. I would not do business with a person that behaves this way, nor would I suggest anyone else does, especially knowing the goal was to get 12 patterns for free. We have kept a record of all communication, and forwarded this to the designers to ensure thier products are not obtained in any nefarious manner.

A different kind of sizing. Not Starch
The product is different from starch and I was interested in trying it. I had not seen it in the states. The company kept me informed as to delivery and it arrived in a timely manner. I look forward to doing more business with them.

I placed my order more than a week ago, I received a message from courier company; checked into it with them writing back that the label was Created more than a week ago but they have not received the parcel. I have not received the parcel at this point.

It is often easy to type something negative, but nonetheless, that doesn't make it factual. We try very hard to make our customers happy. We are NOT Amazon, and yet your order arrived within 3 days over not just a weekend, but over a stated countrywide holiday weekend! . My one question remains, if you were concerned that your order did not arrive "overnight" or "may have been lost on a Sunday," Why call a courier,? Why not simply call The Quilted Boutique directly, and get immediate verbal communication and conformation?
