We are a team of husband and wife located in the UK finding inspiration from our little bundle of joy Leon. We understand how difficult it is to buy gifts, especially for a baby or new parents, they are often inundated with presents. And while they’re almost certainly grateful for any gesture, be it packs of wipes or bathtime supplies, we think the best gifts are those that bring happiness, wonderful memories, and most importantly, they help to relieve some of the day-to-day stresses that come with caring for babies and toddlers. Therefore, when looking for the right products or inventing them we considered design, ease of cleaning, material, value, and toy safety, so that you and the recipient can fully enjoy these precious moments without stress. That is why we are proud of who we are and what we do and our mission is to deliver the best shopping experience but most of all, to bring a smile to the face of new minted parents and their child.

Company didn't respond to my attempts to return an item

I purchased a silicone plate with a suction bottom and a lid. Unfortunately when this arrived it became clear that the suction base was ineffective and the lid wasn't air or liquid proof. I had hoped to use the plate for travel, and when it was clear that this wouldn't be suitable I tried to contact The purple monkey first via their website and then by email to discuss a return, but I received no answer from my attempts to make contact
