No hard sell and plenty of advice when investing in Gold.
Communication was excellent and appointment time kept when discussing my investment. All my questions were answered and options explained clearly to me.
Obviously investments can go up or down but I feel I made the right choice in choosing this company.

My first foray into precious metals
My first foray into precious metals as a saving/ investment product. Relaxed and professional discussion about best choices with no pressure. After I had made my decision continued discussion about possible future investment strategy for me - again no pressure.
Given the current political and economic climate in the U.K. and the west generally I am very happy with my decision.

We are glad you found our service excellent but we are obviously disappointed that, having decided to sell your gold after just a year, the returns you were expecting were less than you thought.
Unfortunately, there are costs involved in buying and selling physical gold, just as there are with say a house or other physical investment. That’s why we always recommend holding onto gold for the longer-term if investment performance is your main motivation rather than wealth protection.
We do our best to keep costs to a minimum, hence ours being one of the most competitive suppliers in the market. But a year typically isn’t enough time to expect a rise in the gold price to cover these costs and realise an immediate profit.
As you know, we are in contact with you and are seeing what we can do to make things better for you, as we don’t like to see any customers disappointed with their outcome.
