The picture was sent to a pickup location 200 miles from the delivery address! and it took a lot longer than expected!😢

Highly recommended. Loved the product. Also loved that it there was provided a preliminary draft photo, with offer to make changes if wanted (something that was absolutely not needed).

It wasn't just all bad. The picture of my dog ​​that I received was of very high quality. However, the physical portrait was of very poor quality in my opinion. I was expecting something that would actually feel like a painting where you could see and feel the brush strokes. But it was just a rolled up A4 piece of paper that looked like it came straight out of a printer. I did get almost half the price of for it. But I still paid over 700 SEK for it. So despite the discount, I didn't think the product was worth its price.

The photo/ picture of my beloved cat was absolutely beautiful! I'm very happy about everything and I can without a doubt recommend The Puppy Poster!

Are you sure, I did not have an experience since few years ago.

I ordered a Puppy Poster sketch print a few years ago of my eldest dog, and was over the moon with it! The likeness of my pup in the poster sketch is amazing. I think the designer who created the sketch is very talented. It's a very simple design, but captured my dogs features so well from the photo. I had it professionally framed, and it's hanging in my home.
I've tried to order a second sketch poster for my younger pup 3 times now, and specifically asked for the 'design' of the poster to be the same as the original one I purchased - loosly skeched, and the same dimensions, which I thought would be fairly straightforward, as I would like to hang the pictures together.
Unfortunately the team haven't really acted on my request - I did receive my previews, which were OK, but they were created in a fairly different style to the original. As these designs are created digitally, I assumed it would be easy to meet my request, and wouldn't take any longer than any other order they'd receive. Perhaps a different team of designers are now creating the prints, which is understandable, but still, I think my order request would be very easy to deliver.
I'm more than happy to purchase a second poster, as I'd absolutely love another one, I just thought that, as the price is fairly substantial for a poster, my request would be easy to meet. It may have been worth the team just taking on-board my comments when I placed the orders, and then spending a bit of time ensuring the design was how I wanted it. They could communicate via email if they needed any further clarification.
Hence why I'm giving 3 stars - 5 stars for my original purchase, but honestly, 1 star for not really getting my orders right the last few times.
Shame, as it's such a lovely product, and I'm still hoping to find a way to purchase a poster sketch of my youngest pup, that I can display with my original one.

The print was just on paper and arrived crumpled and badly packaged. When I asked for a refund the woman Cecelia was incredibly rude and kept asking if I was having a bad day! Poor poor customer service. There are better shops that do these prints with better quality.

The posters of my sweet dogs turn out absolutely beautiful and capture their personalities so well. I really appreciate that they send a preview by email and are open to making changes if needed. The delivery is always fast too – such a great experience from start to finish!

Bad quality print. Too much money for low quality product. Should have settled with the mobile picture you get to purchase.

I chose the watercolor on canvas. I l o v e this. Couldn't be more happy.

I fell in love immediately when I saw the scetching of my little Maggie that Puppy Poster had made.
It was so amazingly made and the colors were so nicely enhanced. They had also removed leash and collar so beautifully that you couldn't even see where they used to be. One very satisfied and impressed customer :)
