Almost impossible to deal with as a buyer, didn't respond until a week later, then an hour before the viewing cancelled it even though we were on route. Then no response
If you're a seller I would not use them as they are not buyer friendly

Speaking to jess mostly on a daily basis was uplifting she is so upbeat and cheerful she worked very hard for us and is a credit to the company she gies out of her way to help she is an amazing lady I wish well her well in everything she does she deserves it regards Jan Stokes

Everyone I dealt with were very helpful & efficient. They kept me up to date throughout the process. It took a little longer than anticipated but it couldn’t be helped. I am still happy with the service I received.

Tried buying a property through this internet agent sometime ago absolutely AWFUL this is a REAL REVIEW probably unlike the others on here. I was dealing with them extremely rude and unhelpful. They do not deserve one star let alone that. They never bothered forwarding over my offers to vendors as a seller dont even bother wasting your time.

Thank you for all your support with the purchase of my first property. Everything went well and quickly. From viewing in August to getting the keys in October, the whole process was generally stress free and responses were very timely. Thank you again!

Jess has been absolutely fantastic throughout my house purchase. This was a particularly complicated case, but she went above and beyond at every step to make sure things moved forward smoothly. She was always responsive, proactive, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. Her professionalism and dedication made a stressful process so much easier. I can’t recommend Jess highly enough — she’s a real asset to the team!

This company has little regard for common courtesy, I would avoid at all costs!!!
Will be reporting them to the ombudsman aswell!!

Alex was a lovely professional agent, felt completely relaxed, she explained everything to us & gave us lots of time to look, no rushing, very considerate, it's not easy with most agents as you feel rushed, it's not something you can do like that as it's a big thing buying a house, hope she was amazing

Good location and accessible

We’ve bought our first home through the company. Jessica Buckley was the agent working on selling the house. She has been amazing to work with. She was very helpful during the whole process. Even when she was on leave, her colleagues were very responsive during her absence.

Like most people, I was highly dubious about working with a quick buy company. But it turned out to be the best decision I ever made.
You can either sell to the company directly, for a low value, or let them list it to the public, with no costs. I did the latter.
They were endlessly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte, Scott, Jess and Gemma looked after me without fault. (Jess might actually be the most enthusiastic person you could ever speak to.)
My local estate agents couldn't sell my house within three years. TPSC got an offer in two weeks, and the transaction was remarkably smooth.
Can't recommend these guys enough.

Update. Received a call from jess. Reason for the call was not to update me but because she read the review . They apparently close at 5.30 on a Friday and do not work on a Saturday hence not replying and hence why you cannot change an appointment after 5.30 on a Friday. Not a pleasant call on both sides
Transpires the property we are trying to buy is owned by the director/“owned by the company” said Jess. Not sure it would be an unbiased estate agents - a personal view which I am sure Jess would dispute.
To top it all, we saw ice in the conservatory of the property when we viewed it - Jess told me on the phone that the guy who viewed it with us said there was no ice and that it was not as bad as we made out. Did not go down well with me.
Not a happy camper and not a pleasant estate agent experience.

Would give zero stars if possible.
Extremely unresponsive and dreadful at keeping my us as a potential purchaser informed. Due to their lack of responsiveness we tried to cancel a viewing with them - we emailed and called, they didn’t respond and worse still they did not informed the presumably self employed person who was engaged to show the property so he turned up and we were not there.
Big issue is that they are not local to the property we were looking at.
Appalling. Would not recommend at all from a buyers perspective.

Scott Shaw, sale team leader was very responsive and communicated well with the buyer. He arranged what I requested for and has very efficient customer service skill. I recommend future buyers to him.

Booked a viewing at 3pm and turned up early for the agent and viewing. When at 3pm no sign of the agent or message, called the company to figure out why and they had no information.

Waited 20 minutes for a call back which I never got. Had to knock on the door and tell the owner about the viewing which turned out was cancelled but was never communicated via the agent. The owners apologied but it was fault of the agent.

Sort out your communication management if don't want to annoy potential buyers.
