We’ve worked with Leigh and Amanda at The Property Presenters on three developments now — one in St Albans and two in Essex — and I’ve been really impressed with their work.

They created beautiful interiors that helped the homes stand out, especially in what has been a challenging market. They were always reliable, turned up when they said they would, and clearly cared about presenting the properties in the best possible way.

They were also very diligent when removing the dressing once the homes were sold, leaving everything clean and ready for handover.

A great service, and we look forward to working with them again.

Leigh and Amanda were great to work with, everything they said they would do they followed through with to the letter. I genuinely think it made a big difference having the flat staged for viewings and I would highly recommend working with Amanda and Leigh if you are looking to do so.

The transparency, thought that went into dressing the flat that had an awkward layout. Reasonable price and good service. Will be using them again.

Amanda and Leigh were involved in the interior design of our Grade 2 Listed boutique Hotel and are extremely pleased with the outcome and care shown by both of them.
The aftercare is 100 and they both dealt with all snagging etc.

The Property Presenters “dressed” the show home on a 4 house development we finished in March 2020. The result was stunning. Even with the Covid lockdown we’ve sold 3 of the 4 houses at full asking and have 3 parties interested in the last one. 100% I will use them again. I’m convinced their work was a big factor in the houses selling so effortlessly. They were also very competitive with their pricing. Top marks!

I am a tight QS who doesn’t like spending unnecessary money, but WOW!! I was absolutely gobsmacked by what Leigh & Amanda have done to my show house – the transformation left me speechless. Their attitude, professionalism and attention to detail has exceeded all my expectations. They have made the estate agents life so easy – I want to buy the house myself! I will 100% be using their services again.

I am an agent who uses these fabulous ladies regularly to secure sales for my sellers. I have had properties achieve more money since being staged but at least two properties that i truly think would not have sold without staging. One in particular was on with another agent for 4 months without a single offer. In come The Property Presenters and Dexters. Two offers at asking price within 3 weeks !

We have used the property presenters on 2 of our projects, one was a two bedroom house the other was a 4 bedroom bungalow, they came to visit a few weeks before hand to see the style of the properties , then we were asked the look we wanted to achieve , a few days later we received a mood board of their ideas, if we didn't like a particular piece of furniture they suggested alternatives. To be honest their ideas were amazing, everything they did was put together with great thought, even the prospective buyers loved the looks and were able to buy the furniture which was an added bonus. We would 100% use them again, which we will when the 5 - bedroom house we are building is finished.
