Best time I ever had in the store with the ladies that helped us. They are friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even got us coffee. When we came back to the US, we ordered another backpack. It was shipped fast and well packed with greeting from the store. Thank you for being there for us and everyone that visit the store.

Stunning quality baggage
I ordered x2 bags, an Alex & a Max. I'm saving the Alex for hand luggage on our next holiday but the Max is my daily now. It fits my work laptop easily in the handy side pocket and all other stuff in the naun section. My one tiny criticism would be a lack of extra small internal zipped pockets. The bottle pocket is great and the straps generously padded making the bag comfy to wear regardless of how long your commute is.
The service from propertyof is beyond what you'd expect. Both in store and online they excel. The bags look great and are beautifully made. I'll be returning to Amsterdam soon to browse for another!

Fast delivery & Quality Product
The website said it would be delivered in two days. My bag arrived the next day! Loving the James Roll-Down backpack so far. It's stylish, feels like quality, and two days ago it did a mighty fine job keeping my laptop and other work stuff dry while I got soaked to the bone. Do you make raincoats as well?

Simply brilliant
This is by far the most practical, sustainable, beautiful bagpack I ever had. The idea of packing the bagpack from the back is simply brilliant. The leather nameplate is pure luxury (and, at the same time, necessary given that soon everyone will walk around with a bagpack from "Property of...".) Every detail of this bagpack is thought through. I would give 6 or more stars, if possible.
