The best review we ever got!
We ordered our review and the delivery was amazing, we were absolutely impressed with the feedback that we received. Not only it was insightful, but it was honest and explanatory. After the review, we didn’t want to lose any more time and we implemented as much as possible from what was pointed out to us. Great for a agency like us for external insights and points of friction
Having an external point of view on how we can reduce friction in the sign up process for our clients has been extremely valuable.
The team were able to suggest changes that we plan to implement immediately. Also loved the video they recorded! It was honest, direct and actionable. Exactly how we roll.
Overall super happy with the service especially considering the price. the impact is worth so much when you look downstream and compound it.
Will continue using these guys across a range of customer projects for external validation and insights

They literally left no stone uncovered. After the review, I had an A4 piece of paper completely filled with hand-written notes that led to the complete revamping of our onboarding wizard resulting in a 27% conversion rate increase in form completion
