I am giving this website 1 out of 10.
My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating and deeply concerning. I requested a withdrawal, submitted all required verification documents, and my request has remained under review for an unreasonably long time without any clear explanation or progress.
Customer support has been consistently unhelpful, providing only generic, copy-paste responses while completely failing to address the actual issue. Communication is vague, and no concrete guidance is given regarding the so-called “additional documents” they claim to require.
At this point, the process no longer appears to be a standard verification procedure. Instead, it creates the impression of a deliberately obstructive system that prevents users from accessing their funds in a timely and transparent manner.
The lack of clear communication, repeated delays, and ever-changing or undefined requirements seriously undermine trust in this platform.
Based on my experience, I cannot consider this service reliable, and I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
