Event cancelled, without any contact

I didn’t get any information about it. I did have the location. I sent email to ask refund, the email invalid. I need my money back.

The company went bankrupt and didn’t tell any of us, we had to find out through liquidators. There is no possibility of refunds and the tickets were incredibly expensive.

Post mortum live is no longer in business. We were not informed of it going into liquidation and unable to get our money back. Only found out from another Trustpilot review when found out the webpage and Facebook page no longer exist. It’s a shame as we went last year and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had an email saying they'd gone into liquidation without much of a chance getting money back. Was a couple weeks before the event.

Went bust! Didn’t contact us found out through social media and no refund

This company seems to have gone into liquidation and has the cheek to state we need to get a refund from the bank!
They then dispute the bank stating the event went ahead!!!!
Don’t trust this company like all of these reviews state!!

We paid full price for the tickets for them to drop the price a few weeks before the event was supposed to happen. We were not given the slightest clue in where to go for the supposed event as it just said “location to be confirmed”.

A few weeks later, a notice of insolvency popped up on their site. No refunds offered so we raised a dispute with the bank who gave a full refund. They then had the audacity to dispute the refund saying the event had gone ahead.
A few weeks past the date of my event, this scamming company opened up for business again under the same name… and a short couple months later they closed down again. Scam, do not spend your hard earned cash on this company. Stay well away.

Terrible never got to see the show as they went bankrupt

Went bust, no notification of cancelled event, only found out though going on website to check location day before event. Had to ask bank to recall money as they didn’t offer refund.

It was cancelled and I was not informed. The company went into liquidation and I am waiting for my bank to honour a refund . I only found out before the event when I tried to find the venue and it came up

Cancelled the show and didn’t inform anyone. Joke of a company

The company went into liquidation in September 2024 still trying to get refund with bank.

The event didn’t take place and only found out by accident that it wouldn’t be (thankfully before the day!). I have had to seek a refund from my credit card company for both the event and the car parking. I also keep getting emails to review the non-existent event.

The company has gone bust, their website says to claim through your bank but when you do, the company refuses the claim.
No email or anything to let me know, I looked on their site a few weeks prior just by chance to find they no longer exist.

Company is in liquidation didn’t notify!! Can’t contact anyone in regards to this.

We arrived at the venue to find out that they had gone bust, unbeknownst to us… then to look at their website and other emails to find them still advertising that they were putting on further shows in the future…
Won’t be putting our trust in Post Mortem Live shows ever again, if you want to go to one of their shows prepare to be totally let down and have to try and get the near £400 back you spent on an utter waste of time.
