1 star — and that’s generous.
If you’re considering theportal0 for beyblade services, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. I sent multiple messages. Crickets. When I finally got through to a human, I was met with the kind of dismissive attitude that makes you wonder if they actually want customers at all. Response times are glacial when they bother to respond.
No accountability, no apology, no follow-through. Customer service here is a phantom — advertised but never delivered. Do not waste your money.

I was unfortunate enough to make the choice of ordering from them as the prices were to good to be true. I realized later on the same day that they seemed pretty suspicions however I had already placed my order at the time.

I tried to cancel my order by using the website but the option to cancel was a dead link. I tried to contact through email and no response was given. (Keep in mind on their website it says they have 24 hour service). I hoped this was a simple mistake and a week later I proceed to write an email again with a response this time. They asked for my order number which I then gave them and I then waited another week to see if they would update me.

A month passes and I proceed to get a package from Taiwan. Confused I open it and I can tell that this is what my order was supposed to be. I knew it was them because they put a bag with their logo on it inside.
The item I received was not what was told on the website. I am trying to get a refund through my providers which is still pending.

I hope nobody falls for these scammers taking your money then sending you a different item then what you had ordered while also being unable to cancel your order once you give them your money.
