Beware of The Pool Cleaners as they are a bad company to buy from. They take orders but do not deliver on time as per their website. Then they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. If you cancel order, they still send goods out when they like after you have already cancelled, then you are charged to return unwanted goods. Rubbish company!

Had an order placed first week of April, still not received and cannot get hold of anyone either by phone or email. Very concerning and won't look to use them again.

Poor quality products and non existent customer service. I ordered a 14/15% Sodium Hydrochloride from them and the product was so poor that even a hand wash might be mor effective. When I complained initially customer service responded but then no response, you keep on chasing but just no response. Like others have rated no matter what you do they just won’t respond. Please ignore this company.

Will send you a cheap replacement product, then 'offer' you a refund when you ask for what you ordered instead of some cheap replacement crap.

I'm still waiting for my refund 4 weeks on.

Bunch of thieves that try and get away with selling you cheap replacement white label goods. AVIOD.

Easy to use website, competitive price and delivered within the said timescale. Lost one star for not replying to my email which was received as I received confirmation.

Abysmal company, cannot get a simple order right. Numerous emails have been sent, no response. I have been waiting nearly a week for a reply no response. Customer service is non existent.
They sent a message asking me to leave feedback on trustpilot but no response to my complaint, so here is my review.

Very good. There was an issue initially due to non delivery of the items which was almost certainly a fault of the delivery company. However when I told thepoolcleaners they said they would investigate and immediately sent the items again without question, so they could not have done better than that. Products and packaging all good also, and good price!

Really quick delivery considering the current climate, great service all round.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had online. I have called this company 41 times and all you ever get is a voice message that is not even professional enough to give the company name!
I have not even had a response to my emails either and have now asked for a refund. A one star is too much, in my opinion!!

Ordered a outside weatherproof box about 8 weeks ago and nothing has turned up. The money came out of bank ages ago and Iv rang the company and requested a call back and also sent emails with no joy. Worst company Iv ever used online and still needs sorting out. Not happy and will never use again.

Best prices I could find, good stock availability and quick delivery. Can't ask for more.

This arrived very quickly.

It was very effective at killing moss, patio weeds etc - though dock leaves were rather resistant. Do beware it will make your immediate neighbourhood smell like a public swimming pool for the rest of the day. I expect to order more next year.
