This is my third review of The Pillow Home. I have never received the pillow because it was returned to them twice before it reached me for unknown reasons. Finally after 3 months and 36 emails, I received an email saying they will process a refund and that I will receive another email confirming that this has happened. I’m still waiting and expect I will be in 3 months time!
Whatever you do, do not buy from this company.

I ordered a matress topper during a sale and knew that it might take some time to be shipped, the customer support team have been really excellent with updates and the topper is on the way faster than expected

I have yet to receive my order, but customer service has been great at reaching out before I had to say anything about the shipping time extending. I look forward to receiving my mattress topper!

No problems with the order except for a shipping delay. A coupon was offered as a result of the delay, but it expires quickly, which doesn’t give an opportunity to see how the product is first

UPDATE July 25, 2026: The Pillow Home's physical location is currently unknown, as it has been reported that the address listed on their website is not accurate and they have not provided a valid operational address. The Pillow Home appears to be a Chinese Company manufacturing and shipping from China with a return address in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, Returning their "poor quality" products will cost you more than the product is worth. My case a $100 purchase will cost me $75.00 shipping by USPS. Please be aware before purchasing from this Company their return policy is misleading.

The Pillow Home is a SCAM. Their return policy requires the customer at their own expense to send the product to a location in China with tracking required. The cost of returning the $100.00 pillow exceeds $75.00. Returning the product does not make financial sense. The return policy does not state these costs. This is a Total Scam. Do not purchase from the Pillow Home.

Everything went through without a hitch! I expect to do more business in the near future.
