Redirected to this sight after entering a competition for a guitar amplifier from what I thought was a reputable UK music company.

Signed up, paid the amount advertised (it was the same amount as the competition) Quickly realising this wasn't guitar amplifiers, I set to refund my mistake.

Apparently statutory 14 day money back policy isn't applicable where these crooks are based. One customer service member told me to wait 24 hours and the next just said no.

These people found a way to deduct money from your bank without actual permission and then when you ask to cancel they tell you that you need to leave them a 5 star review to get your hard earned money refunded.
