No star rating

I would give no star rating if I could. I ordered and paid £75 for a dog bed. It said next day delivery but the email I got was to be delivered days later. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no bed. 5 messages to the company and nobody has got back to me. Now waiting for June 15th so PayPal can refund me. Stay well away from this company if you don't want the stress.
