I received this as a gift and did not know what to expect. My daughter and I loved it and would go again. Highly recommended and the ladies taking the experience were all lovely and knowledgeable. Our perfumes turned out so lovely and they are both so different. Your options are endless

Great experience and learning the notes and coming away with a great smelling bespoke perfume

Great day out and amazing experience. You will guarantee to feel like a master of of the scents after your visit. Scents are also frequently updated. Staff are very helpful and kind and would highly recommend booking.

Absolutely brilliant afternoon smelling such gorgeous scents with my son. The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable that they made the afternoon really relaxing and fun. Many thanks for all your help!!

Memorable experience

Very informative and enjoyable experience

I made an online order using a discount code found for The Perfume Studio. The code worked and I had a sceenshot to prove it. (Taken as sharing this as a gift with another friend). The price was reduced from £130 to £117. When I selected pay, the price processed was £130.
I contacted The Perfume Studio, who advised this code was online in error. They are investigating how this happened and asking the IT team to remove it ASAP.
I made this purchase in good faith, but they are unwilling to honour it. Resolution offered was to use points I've collected to reduce the price or a full refund. I've chosen a full refund as there is a principle involved.
Obviously customer satisfaction is a low priority for this company with poor customer service.

Thank you for your reply. This varies from the telephone conversation. You said it was a code for vendors, nothing about it being out of date.
Also I was told I had earned those points on previous experiences, nothing mentioned about gesture of goodwill.

Perfume Making Hen Do Review

We had such a lovely time doing the perfume making experience for my sister’s hen do! It was such a fun and unique activity, and we all got to create our own personalised perfumes, which made it feel really special and gave us something lovely to take home afterwards.

The only slight downside was that the venue was advertised as being in a hotel, so we were a little disappointed to arrive and find it was actually held in a community centre. It wasn’t as nice a setting as we had expected, although it could have been worse and it didn’t take away from the experience itself. I would also have loved there to be more vanilla based scents as I was hoping to add some to my perfume.

Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the perfume making experience for a hen do. It was a fun, memorable activity and we loved being able to create our own individual scents! Thank you Alyssa!

I enjoyed the experience but felt it was hurried. Too much time was taken up with marketing the packages/bottles etc and not enough time given to the background information on blending and the history. Maybe 3 hours instead of 2 and leave the marketing until the end.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience today. Wonderful day, well presented and a lot of fun. Highly recommended to anyone who has an interest in creating something unusual.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Very well presented and very very imformative. Took my visually impaired grandson and it was perfect for his heightened sense of smell. He was well accommodated and loved his day.

We had the most amazing time at the perfume studio! My two friends and I had such a lovely experience, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really made our time there feel extra special.

It was so much fun learning about different scents and fragrances, and then getting creative by blending them together to create our own unique perfumes. Such a fun and memorable experience that we would highly recommend!

My husband and I were gifted this experience, and overall, the session far exceeded our expectations.

Our host—apologies, I cannot remember his name—was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and fascinating to listen to throughout the session. I can certainly see why there are only 24 scents available to try, as there was so much to take in.

One suggestion would be to offer guests the opportunity to smell a few drops of their final blended fragrance before making their selection. It can be difficult to accurately gauge how the finished scent will smell based solely on the paper strips.

The venue was also a little tricky to find, even with directions.

In addition, it may be worth considering offering light refreshments or pastries for purchase, as guests are there for over two hours.

Absolutely incredible experience! Clara and Lauren were very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful 🫶🏼 Everything was very well organised and they were so patient taking their time to move around the groups to give advice. Communication was brilliant throughout with emails and texts from the hosts and company. The afternoon tea at the George Hotel in Norwich was delightful too, Clara went out of her way to organise adjustments for complicated dietary requirements which was such a relief. Such a wonderful day and I would definitely do this again, highly recommend to anyone wanting to do something different or give a fun gift 💗
