i visited the worcester location in chapel walk in search of my new scent. i’d worn the same for the past 30 years until it was discontinued:( i’ve been researching and searching for the past 4 years with no success:( i gave it one last shot and it was an amazing experience. aaron delivered first go! he gave me others to sample as well but i explained what i was looking for and what i knew i didn’t want and literally the first scent he suggested was the one!! incredibly impressed and happy:) he made it so simple and was so kind and understanding!! aaron in worcester thank you so so much!!!

Shocking service, no one calls back as promised, voucher balance taken by company when the transaction declined, had to move heaven and earth to prove otherwise and still not been refunded, out of principle I will never spend my money here again, had to chase this myself to prove the company had taken money
