Leni the perfume shop superstar!!
Every time I come to the perfume shop on Powis street SE18, I am always greeted the warmest welcome by Leni.
She is a STAR. On several occasions Leni has looked after me and always lets me know of the deals and special sales and she is a credit to the company!
I always feel special when I come to this store and when I want my next cologne I will be coming back to see Leni at the perfume shop.

I had a fantastic experience at the Woolwich Superdrug store thanks to Len from the perfume counter. She was incredibly friendly from the moment I approached, and her communication was excellent. Len took the time to understand what kind of scent I was looking for and demonstrated real expertise when suggesting different options.
Her recommendation of the new arrival BOSS The Scent EDP was absolutely spot on – I’m really happy with it. She explained the notes and why it would suit my preferences, which made the whole experience feel personal and professional rather than rushed.
It’s rare to receive such attentive and knowledgeable service in-store, and Len truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. Her passion for perfumes really shows, and she made the shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.
A big thank you to Len for the excellent service – Woolwich Superdrug is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable advisor. I’ll definitely be returning for my next fragrance!

Poor customer service and breach of own Terms & Conditions
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018, but a recent experience at the Woolwich store has ended that. I suffered from severe vertigo and couldn't collect my order within the 14-day window. I called the store to request a 5-day extension, which was refuse. I then offered to send my husband with my ID and order number. Despite your website’s Terms & Conditions (Paragraph 3.3) stating that third-party collection is permitted with ID, the staff refused this as well and cancelled my order.
To make matters worse, they refused to refund the £15 worth of points used for the purchase. It feels like they took advantage of my sickness to pocket my loyalty points. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

I’m pleased to confirm that I’ve been in touch with you directly and have now resolved each of these issues and provided a goodwill gesture for all the trouble. Your feedback has also been escalated internally so the store team can be supported and this doesn’t happen again.
Thank you sincerely for your patience throughout this and for your loyalty to us over the years it really does mean a great deal and I’m very sorry that we let you down on this occasion. I look forward to hearing from you to resolve this.
