Went to the tooting store today and I received the best service ever from a staff member called Doreen, she went out of her way to help me and gave an excellent choices. I purchased a a lovely scent. Excellent service from welcome to end service.

Amazing customer service from Samira, she was very friendly and patient, always helping me and answering all my questions. Nahim and Abdul were also very nice and kind, amazing team thank you very much.

All the ladies are amazing in here . Most recently , I was served by Ayesha Gul who was lovey , ordered what I needed . Next day I had gone in there and she recognised me . Friendly and nice team . Thank you

I had an amazing experience yesterday at the Tooting store thanks to Doreen. Her customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever received. She was so sweet, friendly, and helpful, and she made me feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend visiting this store and will be coming back again soon. thank you, Doreen <3

Dorean was really helpful and friendly in the store on tooting high street. She helped my find the perfect perfume for my mum as an Xmas gift.

Alice & Ashley gave me great service today. Instead of giving me the standard size of a fragrance they gave me a larger set of the same price with the extra decency to take a look in the back of store. At the same time they were very friendly.

I was served by Doreen from the Tooting Branch. Each time I go there is like I'm talking to my Auntie. She's warm and wonderful and I always have a great brief time. I always end up spending more than I want to cuz her recommendations are perfect.

Abdul and Amiyah were amazing!! Very attentive and helpful which allowed me to pick out the perfect gift. Very grateful for their assistance and perfect customer service

The lovely ladies Alesseia and Ayaha in the Tooting store were very patient and helpful whilst helping me chose my perfumes.

Alessia from the Tooting branch was great help, I gave her a budget and the type of perfume scent I would like and was patient as well as gave me different options and allowed me to take my time. Overall service 10/10, would recommend her and the Tooting branch to friend’s & family.

It was a good experience buying from the perfume shop and I went to tooting store 2 of these ladies were so nice. They made my experience even better I don’t know their name but their dedication needs to be appreciated 🙌🏼
