I was very impressed with next day delivery for my Youth Dew Estée Lauder perfume. Also great price. I will buy again when it's on special offer.

I walked in and was greeted immediately with a big smile. Prompt service and was told about latest offer (get second item half price).
Two staff members helped to gift wrap the two items. Very friendly and efficient service.

Unfortunately the name of the lady who served me this afternoon in the Pavilion in Swords is not printed on the receipt. Her friendliness and efficiency were excellent - it’s not every day you skip out of a shop having parted with some money - but I definitely left with a spring in my step thanks to your employee !

Avoid this shop as it’s third time I bought Parfum's from here and it’s not smelling at all even don’t persist at all

Great experience in the perfume shop swords. The Staff are always helpful, especially Val and olive who were very friendly and more than happy to help me pick up my usual perfume and also recommend ones I might like for next time! Great customer service!

Gillian in the swords pavilions branch was so nice and friendly she couldn’t have been any more helpful when choosing what perfume to buy it goes a long way when you get someone like that

Arrogant little girl behind the counter all upset, huffed nd puffed like spoiled little brat all because I asked if they had a particular perfume in stock.

I buy the same two perfumes each Christmas from this store so knew she was just lazy and couldn't bother to check.
Eventually found one staff member willing to check the inventory list.
They were out of stock. Which was fine.

I asked if they had it at a different store and if it was possible to have it sent to pavillion store to collect from there.
2nd answer.
They have it in Stephen's green but apparently could not get it transferred to pavilion shop as they don't do it.

I will no longer be recommending them to family, friends or any of my own customers as I have done for over 7 years.

I purchased my perfume online on Thursday during the busy Christmas season and received it on Monday in very good condition.
