I normally shop in Omagh store but couldn't on this occasion. Omagh store is always a good experience with staff very helpful.

I went to the store in Omagh, Ireland and Sian was a huge blessing. She is so knowledgeable about the different perfumes. Her customer service was impeccable, she made me feel as if I was at home with family. It was probably the best experience I have had in a very long time, definitely pre Covid. Thank you! Sian is absolutely brilliant! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the various fragrances I was keen on. She recommended new ones tailored to my preferences and had fantastic layering tips. She even assisted my friends in finding scents they would love. Overall, it was a superb experience with excellent offers.
