Amazing Service From Alyssia!
I came to your store in Superdrug yesterday in the hope to find a helpful member of staff as I needed to choose my wedding perfume and I really didn’t know where to start! Alyssia was AMAZING!!! Sooo helpful she took her time to find out what perfumes I like and gave so much advice. Alyssia is very knowledgeable and gave me all what I was looking for in order to choose the correct scent for my big day! It was so nice to chat to her and she took the time to ask about my wedding …. You don’t find service like this anymore Alyssia needs to be recognised for her second to none customer service skills! I would stay well away from this company I've been ripped off because of the cashier sending a click and collect to the wrong place no managers in store, area manager on the phone absolutely atrocious now I'm £85 down and no product and they aren't interested in helping, phone calls and emails sent still waiting for help absolute con artists stay well away !
