I visited The Perfume Shop with my Mum to purchase a gift, the staff where incredibly friendly and approachable especially Ronnie who had an excellent knowledge of all the products, provided excellent customer service along with her witty banter, we will definitely be back. My experience at the perfume shop in foyleside was extremely suffice. The staff were very helpful and one of the staff members called cara was very helpful in helping me find a gift for my other half.
The experience was then enhanced by the other two staff members “Joane ” and “Bella”
Overall highly recommend to purchase your favourite fragrances ! 10/10 service

I went to my local Perfume Shop to look for a particular product last week, and the three members of staff were so very helpful. They advised me that I could make significant savings by checking online, and when it became clear that my technology skills were rather limited, they assisted me in the most pleasant and effective manner in n navigating the various products and offers. A very satisfactory shopping experience.
