Super helpful and patient, pleasant experience.
The girls on shift today were approachable, had genuine interest and were super helpful. Cara and another girl who was with her (didn’t get her name but served me the first time I came in with my sister earlier in the day) were very thorough and direct but also patient and helpful. No complaints other than I didn’t receive the email receipt for the first fragrance I bought earlier on in the day even though they scanned my VIP Rewards card?

Customer service and nice experience
I loved how each workers were coming up to me and asking if I needed any help. They even helped me to work out a fragrance name through a smell I described for them which was really nice. Also one of the staff Eman made me get a 10ml travel bottle with a fragrance and I asked her if I could mix fragrances and she helped me mix 5 different fragrances of my choice and it smells divine. Worth the experience and it is a must go to again.
